What the name of that first song, that was one of funkest I've ever heard. The tuba's were smoking, but so was the rest of the band. They know how to do it in NOLA. I played with the Meter's back in 79 - 80, it was a pleasure playing with them, oh by the way I was on percussion.
I was in the Lyons Carnival Club back in 1979-1981. I remember Gilbert and Glenn Ogden as well as Joey Donham in the club. They have all passed away several years ago. Those were fun times but i saw my life wasting away and came back to Vermont. Sober now since 1982. Life is good!

My mom was separated from my dad during that storm. She found herself in the Superdome my dad was on the third floor of the apartments. They lived two blocks off the causeway

I was delighted to attend at least three of your concerts, among one of the times was when you played the 🎻 at Sam Houston HS. You shared that your son was only about 5 yrs old at the time. You are highly talented/ gifted violinist.
