I think dating is like being an real estate agent: 1.) The house (you) must be in a good condition at both the inside and the outside. 2.) Don't try to sell a house to people who are happy in their apartments. 3.) Don't try to sell a house to people who want a mansion, a villa, a castle, or just a temporary tent. 4.) Never tell your customer that they are the only one interested in your house. This will end badly. 5.) If the real estate agent is a creepy salesman who never smiles and is always super serious, the best house will never be sold. 6.) Go to places where you can easily find and talk to your customers with no/few competitors present. This is neither at home nor in a club.
Summary: women are a pain in the ass. Make money, work, have hobbies. And certainly don’t fall for the marriage trap. Have many friends, and a dog. You’ll be infinitely happy.
I don't particularly like texting but its part of it whether I like it or not. So I'm in the early stages with a woman now (had like 2 dates). Both busy, live an hour away etc. We text but trying to keep it brief and avoid any mistakes, as when I have actually seen her in person it's gone great.

It's a shame that you two ID10Ts don't have to be licensed and certified to do this, instead of misleading average, ordinary people on the internet into thinking that they can have a bonafide human connection with an actual woman. I dont know about these psychologies but as a woman and for all women I have known we are happy to receive the affection and care from the men and gradually fall in love with a man who is constantly taking care of us, being nice with us, Be present daily in our lives, dont play hot and cool game. Man look. I guess i got some kind of natural charisma. Im 41, newly separated. I have started a new job less than a month. Have 3, 20 something yr old women who already want to get with me. 1 of them, 26, i actually started talking to. Within the first week said she wanted to fuck me. And sent pics.
