For my opinion jotaro can win if Dio hasn't have Joseph blood yet but if dio has it already he would lose lets not forget that jotaro endurance in part 6 is E not A now
Um btw the abilities are held towards jotaro because Star platinum has time stop and star finger, just because he doesn’t use star finger doesn’t mean it disappeared, DIO only has time stop. So yeah

Aheeem, First of all time stop is an insane ability and its superior to time erase but the thing that Diavolo has is not just the time erase he also got epitaph which makes him invincible, cuz he can see that jotaro gonna smash him but after seeing that shit he ld erase time and just kill Jotaro without Jotaro realize, i see people sayying star platinum is so fast that he ld counter attack after the time erase but sadly he can't if you watch the series you can see jotaro got harmed by many surprise attacks plus King Crimson is a fast stand too, with that attack he can probably oneshot him even if he can't oneshot him he ld give a massive damage to Jotaro which can end the fight for Jotaro. I also want to say that there is a chance Diavolo can understand Jotaro's time stop even before Jotaro uses his time stop, because Diavolo has epitaph (here is a little example: Diavolo uses epitaph 1 or 2 second passes nothing happens but he sees he got attacked in 3rd second and maybe he can solve Jotaro's power even if he doesn't understand Jotaro's power he ld erase time and kill Jotaro cuz in that case he ld erase Jotaro's stopped time without knowing it and Jotaro would be confused which makes him an open target) If you read all here is a Fun Fact for u:Starfinger is not Star Platinum's special ability most of stands can do that cuz it is about stands shirking and expanding ability as an example silver chariot and Kakyoins stand got shirinked and we see The world looks huge sometimes in dio fight (they need to use good amount of energy to do this btw expanding needs much more energy)

Jotaro has still done the best, let alone done the most. I’ll say it here too, Star Platinum subconsciously protects Jotaro, so unexpected attacks won’t help Diavolo get anywhere. You can’t erase time if everything is frozen either.
Rebunk: Yes he did lift the 9 realms the creator literally confirmed that the temple holds the weight of the 9 realms Yes The realms are actually located in the same physical space as one another, but they are in different “phases” from one another. The reason Tyr’s temple is used as the gateway to each realm is because the mechanism inside changes not the landscape outside, but the users perspective of it. It is sort of explained by Sindri when he shows how he becomes invisible by dipping into the “realm between realms”. His explanation is that our minds can not comprehend this dimensional shift, so our minds instead show us nothing at all. All 9 realms exist in the same place. This same concept is explored in other stories as well, usually sci-fi stories involving higher dimensional travel. 1. He didn't lift the 9 realms. Cory Barlog never stated this. He lifted the temple, which weighed millions of tons, but he didn't lift the 9 realms. 2. Kratos being outerversal has been debunked. Both the Thanatos feat and thr Thor feat mean nothing. 3. Kratos doesn't even have light speed, let alone infinite.
