Hi Terry, I have a N14 Celect Plus, fault codes 0434 and 0141. can you please advice me where to start looking for the problem. Truck just died on me and it cranks but not start. Position censor already replaced.
Hello sir thank you so much for all your great info. I purchased a 2000 International 8100 trailer head with a cummins m11 engine. A problem i have with it is that the coolant l3vel sensor is shutting the truck off every 2 mins because of a fault code 422.i purcahsed 2 brand new coolant level sensors from amazon and none of them are fixing the issue. They are not cummins oem parts but the seller gaurenteed they would work. I am only able to keep the truck running by jumping the wires on the harness.
i hope coolaint doesn t come out of that turbo boost sensor port hahahaha missed the engine speed sensor don't recall the exhaust temp sensor as ab input for the e c m its a O E M option on the n !$ model.

Okay Pete Tell us what transpired. I've bought wiring harness and ecm's from Terry and was highly satisfied. Terry even walked me through an unrelated problem knowing he wouldn't make a sale.
Thanks! Based on my research so far. You are 100% correct. I guess I'm taking N-14 off my list. There's way to much uncontrollable problems I don't need. SMH!!!
N14 Celect plus It has a problem with the Temperature Cut off Switch is Faulty it does not read temperature accurate/properly at room temperature. Even after changing it it gives you the same problem again it can tell you that the Temperature is 45degrees even when its cold so by the time to u start it and idle it it cuts within 5 minutes
Any idea on hard to start without ether, idles rough maybe like its down a cylinder or not enough fuel. When reved slightly and rpms fall it dips below idle then picks back up as it stumbles. Drives fine and roughness goes away with even small load on engine. Idling along in low gear and drag brakes and it goes away. Makes normal amount of power while driving. 94 n14 all stock, fuel filter has been changed. This all started happening after I ran out of fuel.
