I never got to go to that observation deck when I visited Philadelphia in September of 2020. When I went inside that tower attempting access that floor a staff member told me it was closed due to not the fact they weren't getting enough tourists. At least I got a good observation deck view of Dallas back in 2018. Those were some awesome views in your video however.
It makes me sad that the majority of the world 🌍 does not know about this story,and I want to say thank you all boats big and small for your sacrifice on that horrible day and wanting to know why the US news hasn't done a tribute to operation boat lift
