@@jlw1985 Yeah its uncooked. Use google and do some research on the Sonny and Red Bryan name. Idiots like you think BBQ should be expensive and don't understand the history of it. You prolly drop 150 at Dickies on brisket because you cant cook a good one.
They are SO great. Like some of the best BBQ I've EVER had. This video is from the University location but I'm posting a tour in the next day or two of their Sunnyslope location which is open on Sundays and is a much larger spot. Both really cool locations. Thank you for checking this out!
$34 per pound??! lol!!!! Woof. Were not that bad in Chicago and were less hipster; but more liberal. Lmao, Jesus. Any discount for being Covid vax free? 😅
wow crazy expansion. I've only got down there once, back in 2014. Must smaller establishment then. Still remember my time in the line fondly, sharing stories with random strangers from all over- 3-4 hours goes by quick with good company. Life changing visit really.
Love your content Kevin! Gotta question I tried asking them but they haven’t responded. I noticed in more recent videos it looks like the don’t have the mule skinner smoker any more. Just wondering if you knew why/if they got rid of it? That’s one of the pit builders that I was looking at.
First off, thank you! I'll check with Cooper and Caleb tonight and see if I can get you an answer. I have heard ONLY good things about Mule Skinner so let me find out what's up.
@@kevinsbbqjoints thank you so much! Also, unrelated but do you know about Texas pit builder called A+P smokers? They’ve got some really nice looking pits but can’t find any reviews on them
@@user-bf5fh3ty4t just spoke to Cooper. They have a Cen-Tex now and sold their Mule Skinner a few months ago. He does not recommend a Mule Skinner but didn't go into detail as to why. I will check in on A+P Smokers. Hadn't heard of them. I'll also talk to some other Mule Skinner owners to see what is going on. Hope that helps.
$34 for a pound!!!!???? Way to rob your community!!!! Brisket is a cheap cut of meat and used to be cheap!!!! I know it takes time to smoke it and make it "good" but $34 a pound!!! It better give me a massage as well as you massage your meat?! And that's a big hope!!!
