JEEZUS CHRIST. This was fkn brutal. I've been a Bill Burr fan for a while, but just saw this. This is TOP TIER roasting. Bro imagine roasting a city for only having one bridge and it is hilarious. He takes the most mundane fact about them and WEAPONISES it. What a comedian.
I’m from Philadelphia and all of this is hilarious. I respect what he’s doing too. I just think him calling Philly racist repeatedly- especially coming from Boston makes no sense. Everything else he’s making fun of them for comes from a legitimate criticism.
Bill Burr was basically ripping on the white South Philadelphians who were there for a night of comic who were outright disgustingly rude towards him and the comedic entourage he was traveling with to Philly. Burr did a deservingly good job in defending his team and destroying these a-holes from the barrage of insults they were receiving from these South Philly a-holes who are not the majority population of the beautiful city of Philadelphia. The blacks wouldn’t have treated Burr in this manner. The blacks love Bill Burr.
What was it about thaf kid that bothered Cranston ? You could see the malice in his eyes after throwing that "your mother " line ... i get it i can't pinpoint why but I hated thaf cackling kid
Notice it’s mostly women hecklers. It’s a reminder of why women never had right freedoms and weren’t allowed in public without a male to guide them. It’s like children who never leaned to mind and behave
I don’t feel bothered by this stuff sometimes they talk about politics because no one else is honest about it.we have got to a point where if you have an opinion it means you’re right.well their is a difference comedians are being honest about their work and they’re being honest and upfront. When some people get butt hurt over an opinion that’s just an opinion.
re - 4:00 ish It's a shame that they didn't show the relevant part of that interview, where the guy asked some really low questions that evidently really upset Mike Tyson. Tyson wasn't able to shrug it off, which is why he kept calling the guy a piece of shit. I would hope that the interview taught him, as well as teaching others, that you don't need to be a cunt to be a good journalist; You don't need to ask deeply upsetting, offensive or controversial questions for it to be a good interview.
I come back and watch this at least once a year, it really is something to see how Philly is like a perpetual “underdog”. I don’t mean “underdog” in a way that implies overcoming odds while being humble, but the odds are always against them because they are such a joke and always find a way to embarrass themselves time after time.
