You gave a wrong pronunciation guide for L. The l and ɫ are both in English and Dutch. It is not as you said that /ɫ/ for English and /l/ for Dutch. English link it is still /ˈlɪŋk/ not /ɫɪŋk/. It is sad that I need to point out this as a Dutch learner of first week.
I couldn't understand why you have to make the comparison between Eng Sound and Ger Sound, is getting much harder to distinguish and remember all of them, weird.
I also have the same question for the number of words in each study section. Both "Words" and "Grammar" sections each have 89 sets, so how many words are in those two sections? (648?, 625?). I don't know the total number of words in the app that I need to learn (625?), and also the total number of words I have added myself. Can you consider updating the card synchronization feature between different languages? For example, I want to learn the word "intuition" in Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. With this feature, I just need to create a card in Mandarin and then sync or choose whether to add that new word to Korean and Japanese instead of creating a card 3 times manually (synchronizing new words with the pics that i chose not their learning history)
There are 625 words in the sets in Words. However, the app has an integrated dictionary, so users can add any existing word in the language. You can also add words that might not be in the dictionary (slang, for example) with the Add Your Content tool. For Grammar, there are 89 sets with 625 words. Each word is part of a sentence, where learners can add every word in the sentence. There are multiple sentences offered for each word, all of varying difficulties/levels. We would not advise "syncing" the adding of words in the way you described. With our method, choosing specific images for the word and customizing the card is an integral part of the learning process. Doing it for one language is very effective, but just copying the card images and customization to each language you're learning skips the process of "thinking" and associating the word (meaning and pronunciation) with the images you're choosing for the card. We hope that makes sense.
Actually, in Brazilian Portuguese, the most common sound for the letter "o" at the end of words is something close to the short "u" as in "push". And the sound of the letter "r" in the beginning of a word usually makes a VOICED "h" sound (as in "aha", when you agree with sb) but, since there's a large variety of accents, it can make the fricative sounds that we find in the Spanish "j" or (in some southern accents) even the Spanish /r/.
As a language teacher, I recommend this channel to all language lovers. Mispronunciation greatly reduces self-confidence and may destroy the motivation of the learner. The scientific and not so complicated strategy of this channel is very informative for pronunciation.
We couldn't give a number because there are thousands of pre-made sentences! The app is also linked to a dictionary, and users can generate or add their own sentences too, so the number is effectively infinite. :)
There should atleast be something that tells us how much progress we've made in the app and mainly how much we've got left, like for the grammar section, the sentence sets keeps on showing up and we don't know how much we've got left to complete the apps content. Can you please make some kind of a clue in the app that tells us how much we've got left in the grammar section too(just like it is in the basic words section), because we've to plan our study schedule according to how much there's left to learn and so that we know that we're getting closer to learning the language, that's one of a huge motivation factor. Please get this feature quick in the app, because I'm learning multiple languages and at least should know how much I've got left before finishing a language so that i can plan my study according to that.

Wow, these steps are how i've learned language, intuitively. I got hearing aids because i couldn't hear faint distinctions in words, audiologist said i didn't really need hearing aids, tho i qualified for them. I can now hear the little things & have started French😊!
In Northern Italy you can easily get away without any syntactic doubling, local native speakers just don't use it. Sometimes even the 'gn', 'gl', 'sc' sounds are not doubled in the North, but it depends on the area or even the person, anyway everybody would understand you. The open and closed 'e' and 'o' are hugely variable from region to region, usually people will understand you anyway, although you may sound a little unusual to them.
as someone who studied English pronunciation through the IPA, this is super helpful! I can easily review the easy consonants and focus more on the newer, more difficult ones. The IPA's helped me so much with breaking down the sounds and get the correct pronunciation in English, and I hope it'll be the same with German!

there's a concept of softness of the consonant in Russian language. k in cut is hard, whereas k in key is soft. Basically every consonant has its soft counterpart.
