The way you move is poetry in motion .. I feel I'm too old (nearly 50)too stiff to do most of what you do properly .. But u enjoy watching the possibilities and grace of the human body . My kids are athletic enough ..so i keep showing what they should be doing 😂
I like all these for big toe mobility. I have really flat feet and my big toes turn out laterally. The squats with the band help to pull my toes medially, but how that also strengthens the muscles that pull my toes laterally. How do I strengthen the muscles that pull the big toes medial?
No close-up of your feet so we can even see what your talking about. "Toe mobility" as if we know what your purpose for doing this is. Walking faster, better balance or better posture?? Makes no sense.
