Is it possible to do everything in just a month with all the organisation. Or I can start the fm process fm here and by the time I come home, we won't have to take that much time

Can i start the process if my husband to be is out of the country and he comes after the twenty one days? That means the copy of his visa will not be part of the documents as you listed them earlier. Thank
You can start collecting/organizing your paper work but must submit it if he has a valid Ugandan visa. I started the process while my husband was away but he had a valid visa at the time so I could submit even when he was out of the country.

What if both are foreign and they are at the hotel and no friends what they have to do if they are only for 1 week stay in uganda can you explain this for me please 🙏
Present your IDs/passports, valid visa, verification documents from your countries stating that you are neither married nor divorced, witness names and ID copies, a letter from local council (YOU MUST HAVE STAYED AT THE LOCATION MORE THAN 15 DAYS) 210 USD fee, affidavits of support. Hopefully this is helpful
You need a valid Ugandan visa, a form verifying your marital status from your country, the fee (200usd if you and spouse are both foreigners), affidavits, letter from place of residence in Uganda, two witnesses and their identification
Got everything you mentioned above but I have one question since I do have a spouse from Canada but they don’t provide this document in Canada. How can we Copy of Letters of single status from Civil Registration or Vital statistics office of their country/Divorce Decree Absolute?
