Welcome to my channel. My name is Georgia May and I am a homeschool graduate. I am the second oldest of my two brothers and two sisters. I live on a two acre homestead in a log cabin with my dad, mom, and siblings. We believe in eating as clean as possible; organic, fermented, and homemade. We produce the majority of our own food.
On this channel I am going to share with you sourdough recipes, that I created, to save you time. I am also going to share with you how to use fruits, vegetables, and meat with your sourdough to made healthy meals and desserts.
Sure wish people spoke veres the music and explained what n why they are doing it. People watch these to learn. I would love to true this. I just have questions that could be addressed if you explained as you world what your doing.
Awesome looking Bagels, humble request if you could cut your baked items and show so it'll give more confidence too beginners and do you bake with wholewheat sourdough . 🙏❣️🌹
Yes I do bake sourdough bread with part whole wheat. But I don’t have any videos of it. I use Wild View Farms sourdough bread recipe, that has whole wheat in it, sometimes
Hey, Georgia! This is Mercy Koppola. Your videos are awesome! The recipes not only look pretty and delicious, but you make it look simple and easy. Great Job! 👏 I’ll have to try some out and let you know how it turns out. (Especially those sourdough pumpkin pancakes! 🤤). Can’t wait to see what other holiday foods you have in store! I just started my own channel called Raining-Maple where I’m making healthy specialty foods, that are often sugar-free (with stevia) and gluten-free (with oat flour or my own baking blend). I plan on putting out a new short video every Friday. I’d love to hear how you think about them, if you’d like to comment. 😊 My new video will be Protein Pumpkin Spice Waffles (I’m anchoring my meals around adequate protein). By the way, what editing software do you use? Right now I’m using VN video editor. (P.S. Congrats on all your subscribers! 🎉)
She should have put a little oil on top of the loaf before covering it with the dry cloth - the air can get in which causes it to dry. You could also use a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and then put a plate or pot cover over the bowl to make a good seal.
Because the air dried out the top of it when I left it out overnight. If you don’t want that to happen, just cover the top of the dough with olive oil. It really doesn’t make a difference once it cooks.
Great Job mate. Thanks for uploading. Can you please do a post showing how you knead your bread slowly. My naughty starter has just woken up after 10 days of 2 feeds a day! Yay!!! ❤
Your recipes are so simple and straightforward, keep up the good work, you’ll get a bigger following in time. Going to try your sourdough sandwich recipe tonight. Figured out that capital T means tablespoons😆
