could you when you explain things, add screen capture of you navigating to the right websites etc for the insurance and the permissions amd everything? basically show us like ur sister or brother sitting next to on the computer?
Quick question, do you sell deals that are leasehold or is there no difference in terms of ROI to the investor and do you need permission to refurb a leasehold?
If you already have a btl investment company and want to do sourcing, do you need to set up a seperate company? Or can you merge them both into one company?
Are the deals that you push out to your investors from the deal sources club focused on a particular area, or can I source deals from anywhere and bring them to you guys to give to your investors??
Can you do a video about contracts between rent-to-renter and tenants. Specifically can you include about information about break clauses and termination clauses we can put in place to protect us from section 21 changes. Thanks
Hi, From a tenants perspective, do you know of any issues in renting from someone who is renting the property and then renting it out to others (rent-to-rent)?
No wonder people want to come to the UK as a *cough* asylum seeker *cough*. Good quality housing and all bills paid. Way better than what the scummy landlords rent out for extortionate prices to us plebs.
Hi bros. Thanks for the content. Can you please share your website that you use for the rent-to-rent business, (not the website for the training). I can't find it anywhere online. Thanks again.
If you’ve paid out £500k in fees then you’ve grossed at least a £1m in deal sales seeing as you say you always go 50/50. Average sourcing fee in the UK is c£5k, that’s probably high but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. So you’re saying you’ve sold 200 deals this year? I think you’re a liar 🤥
Hi I'm operating a small rent to rent business partnering With a supported living provider...I want to rent out a property from a private landlord who's happy to lease the property for supported living set up..how do I show the property to my client in person ( the supported living business) without involving the private landlord?as I don't want to give the supported living business details to the private landlord, as I fear he'll directly deal with my client ... please can you advise many thanks
