A bit of advice to the armature home producers. You don't need the same plugins that he's using nor do you need to make your tone sound exactly like his. Learn from many different sources. Mess around with things on your own. Trial and error. I'm only saying this because when you watch so many videos on "guitar tones" you fall into this self imposed trap of thinking you have to mimic others. That is not the case. Do what sounds good to you. Experiment and have fun.
I was extremely excited to get mine. It's really a phenomenal compressor and I highly recommend it. This is in no way paid or promoted, I paid hard cash for mine and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Cool... I pre-ordered it... To help fund your next super car. 😅 I remember the days you couldn't afford a Beamer yet... Will pair nicely with the PD and your P1 EBMM guitar I bought from you I'm sure! This might replace my Unit67 (amazing box), because it's designed specifically for this stuff. 👍🏻👍🏻
Never liked compressors because it's always felt like they "squish" my sound. Like they're bringing up the quieter part of my signal, which I like, but also killing the loud part of my signal, which I don't. Obviously I'll have to play through this to get a real idea of how it works for me, but this sounds really cool on first impression. Feels like the quieter stuff is made louder without choking out the louder part of the signal.
@@maxalaintwo3578exactly. Why spend $$$ lugging around heavy tube amps and pedal boards on tour when you can fly rig with an axe fx. Misha has said numerous times Periphery is a break even band so why waste money where it’s not needed.
