As far as the sugar, it is a total of 1 cup. The first 1/2 cup will go in the mixture and the other 1/2 will be split with the cinnamon. Please see video 1:47 of how we split the last 1/2 cup sugar (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cinnamon) for the bottom and top filling. Hope this helps.
@@lauravivo6144 we allow the churro cheesecake to cool off completely then place in fridge. The dough should not be crispy. It’s a soft bite and combines perfectly with everything. Hope this helps.
