I'm an adult and I no longer need sugar or sweets. Save those for the trick-or-treaters at Halloween. No sugar for the last three years and I feel great!
Maybe consider not holding the phone with the hand that is wearing the step tracker while you walk? 🤣 Holding your hand/phone up while talking (noticed around 7:15) probably cost you time/steps on that pedometer. Or does the Apple Watch still track steps when you hold your wrist up stationary?
You have to go to sleep earlier and keep off any blue lights at night for biphasic sleep to work. So basically this guy fkd his experiment, didn’t try it properly at all….
For "Fuck it" I tell myself "punk rock!" Like, it's supposed to suck. It's supposed to seem armature and a little bit shitty. If we wanted something perfect and flawless we'd let a robot do it.
Fun fact: the 10,000 steps a day trend is baloney. It's just a nice round number that sounded good, the number itself means nothing. Walking any amount any day is better than none.
Very unfortunate but 'smart phones' have become ' hell phones' for me and im being STALKED by a pesky EX who just WONT GO AWAY. Therefore, I will have to release the iphone for an undetermined amount of time. It is agitating me and its super expes. My biggest one which makes NO SENSE condidering i do nothing productive on it. Its always in airplane mode or off. I am getting off of it! Ive had it!
this is exactly how i approach to cooking, there's absolutely no need to complicate things. choose a protein source + make salad / cook veggies and you''re golden.
In my experience, 10 minutes per day on a story isn't enough time with the story to make meaningful gains. 10 minutes at a time with short breaks for 1-2 hours or 30 straight minutes usually works better for me with storytelling.
I fully stopped using facebook something like 11 years ago now before doom scrolling was a thing, or at least before I knew what it was. Kept getting depressed, noticed it was worse when I used facebook, so did a test. stayed off for 3 whole days, felt better, felt normal. on the fourth day I went on and I kid you not, within five minutes.... FIVE. MINUTES. I felt like shit and wanted to end something, anything. So I ended my time with facebook. It's been a good break up so far. <3
Despite all the financial struggles I and my family faced, everything is finally falling into place! $47,000 weekly profit and riches I'll always praise the Lord
Elizabeth Regina Nelsen has set a precedent for others to follow. We cherish her here in the UK as she has been extremely helpful and made a lot of lives better.
