beautiful set up 🙂. Mine is very similar. Not-gold 1210 m5g's and the black and white Empath and SL3 box. After almost 20 yrs of keeping my 1210's in perfect shape I kept them in my road case for a year and they got super corroded from moisture. Make sure you don't store your 1210's longterm in a road case!! Was heartbreaking to open mine up and see how fucked up they were from storing them in a way I thought was the best way to do do it
Thanks for your attention to details with the job wheels ☺. I used to dj alot in the early 2000's w/ 1210's, a Rane mixer, and an SL2 box. In the last 5 years I wanted to pick it back up for fun and found the original dj2go2 but didn't use it much. Now I'm looking for another controller now that is similar in size and simple functionality but would really love to have the full capacitive jog wheels but also some really simple eq and/or assignable fx knobs. Have any other controllers been released that have this?
Hey great introduction! I'm thinking about buying the starter kit but, it says you need 4 Gigs of Ram or more to use it. My question is, can you use it with only 3 gigs? I have an old Dell inspiron 15 from 2009 lol. Great video! Thanks!

Anyone know how to adjust the parameter for loop roll? You said at 28:00 mark on your video that you have it set to 1 beat roll, the max is 1/4 and I cannot figure out how to adjust it. Please show me you adjusted it.
If you go back to about the 26:08 point you’ll see that I’m adjusting the parameters by clicking on the arrows to the left or right of the parameter setting. You have to do that by clicking on those arrows with your mouse. Hope this helps. Thanks for the question and the watch Kennedy

Got a brand new rev1 3 days ago and there's a half a second delay between cue and master audio. Wired headphones, wired speakers, no bluetooth. Audio to headphones is precise, responds immediately but master is delayed, hot cue, play, scratch is all delayed about half a second to master audio. Tried all my usbs and headphones same problem. I have a numark platinum fx that it responds perfectly.
I just got my Rev 1 and I’m pretty new to all of this. I’ve been having an issue in which anytime I touch the turntable it auto cues for some reason. Even if the song is playing and I can’t seem to turn it off.

Thanks for the question Spirit. I’m unfamiliar with how the Samsung tab works however the easiest way for me is that I plug an RCA stereo out from the controller into the RCA stereo input of either an iRig Stream (that comes with a usb c and a lightning cable for different devices) and then directly into my iPhone and I start a live stream into whatever app I’m using. You’ll also need a microphone cable that terminates into a 1/4 inch jack to plug into the mic input on the controller. Hope that’s helpful to you.

I picked one of these controllers about a month ago, pulled it out of the box 2 weeks ago. I've been watching a ton of vids, trying to learn as much as I can and I'm so glad I came across yours. I used to DJ in a really small club back in the early 2000's. The sound system was 2 CD decks hooked in a small mixer. No scratching, no SFX. This is a huge upgrade for me with all the things I can do all in one deck. Keep up the good work and I look forward to checking out your channel!
While using this controller the 6th performance pad comes on by itself and then I can't hear anything through my headphones. I don't know why it comes on..do you have a fix for that?
Is it possible to have like, for example, Left deck playing a beat loop on deck1, and then have the right deck 2 + the layered left deck 3 with vocal isolation beat juggling WITHOUT the crossfader turning off left deck's beat loop while scratching on that left side on deck 3? I thought this would be a good way to just practice on, but was wondering if there is a way like that cuz when i try the beat loop on deck 1 gets cut with deck 3. Pretty much, is it possible to turn off the crossfader for only one deck? lol
Is anyone getting a high pitched sound. Why is it doing that . I have a Droid (Galaxy ultra 22 ) all I'm getting on the output is high pitch white noise
Sorry to hear yours is defective. I’ve seen a lot of reports of the jog wheels intermittently not responding. I’ve also seen a bunch of Rane One and Four complaints. Maybe all the supply chain issues caused a huge drop in reliable components or companies chose cheaper components just to get gear out and make more profits. 🤷🏻♂️
@@TonyMontana33452 yeah it seems to be a thing. I haven’t had any issues with my rev1 at all. Maybe since I have an early production limited model it was built better. I have no idea
