Just curious - at the 1:30 mark, the oscillator waves almost sound digital (not just DCO but single cycle digitised waves) with similar imaging and aliasing as the PPG Wave. Unique!
I am also looking to see what type of video out this has. It doesn't seem to be sending normal composite video. Also, what is the power supply to use on this? That connector looks weird, but I assume it is just a barrel jack nonetheless.
Very eloquent, and love the thought gone in to this but for starters what is wrong with sci-fi soundscapes on modular? I love creating soundscapes on modular and they are always different every time. Also how has this moved things on? I’m not slating what you are doing because I love any way that people get creative with modular but to me this is just Djing with fx. Interested to see where it goes though.
From what I found I think it is sending an RF video signal out the RCA jack in which case RCA to coax adapter might be what we are looking for. Then use a normal coax cable to hook it up to an antenna/cable coax connector on a TV. (Make sure to select channel 3 or 4 on the bootom of the unit and tune the tv to that channel) If that does indeed work then we can work on getting one of those encoding boxes that were super popular (and subsidized via coupons from the FTC) to perhaps get an HDMI or possibly component / composite analog signal out from it.
I recently got hold of an ARP Explorer 1 (ARP 2900). The printing on mine is very faded and barely visible, that's why I am posting this "generic" picture, so everyone knows what it is. This little basic synth with its sweet sound means a lot to me since I used it more than 30 years ago at school when I started "exploring" the world of synthesizer music. Now I would love to connect it to my setup by implementing CV/Gate and maybe even CV Filter. I spent days researching the internet, but I can't find anything about it. Does anyone of you have any schematics that you can send me? That'd be absolutely amazing. Thanks very much in advance!

I use this thing as my preamp and then I plug it into my computer into a cabinet simulator. It sounds pretty good. A lot of the patches are pretty nonsensical such as the ear splitting michael schenker one. I am super curious about hearing someone use that one correctly if it's possible.
You obviously don't know what to do with that monster. May I propose you an swap with something you may handle, like that Casio MT11 I don't use much for example?
