Duality Is The Spice Of Life
Made this channel in 2012 when i was 12, posted most of my vids around that time. No new content coming anytime soon but hey, you never know.
HATED SCHOOL AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! now i'm on my way to nothing to do nothing and hate my WHOLE life because my parents didn't want me and gave me away at birth
Miss Wheatley overreacted big time Jonah was whispering to Leon and Miss Wheatley snaps ( yes Jonah was told a few times to be quiet ) but whispering is ok As for threatening a teacher Jonah did no such thing he just told Miss Wheatley‘ ‘Don’t f with me’you’ll regret it’ Come on it’s not like Jonah pinned Miss Wheatley up against a wall raising his fists and saying phrases alluding to bodily harm Jonah didn’t deserve to get expelled My two cents Sorry I left the f bomb part out
Omg he didn’t even touch anyone lol they going to expel kids from preschool? What goes on in public schools… weak nanny state. Australia is so pathetic. Some kid ran up to me and punched me in the tit in grade 6, he was grade 2 or something. He didn’t get punished or expelled and I was left in pain and tears and did nothing but stand up. And I went to a private catholic school, three of them.
The scene with Miss Wheatly is so amazingly well written because even though she is portrayed as a "bitch" you can't really be mad at her because she has such an emotional, genuine reaction and it's a culmination of a year of hell having to put up with him in class. Chris Lily makes us sympathize with both her and Jonah simultaneously. Amazing writing.
It makes me sick how anyone attacked Chris over this series. It's really pathetic when people ignore the emotional depth of this "comedy" skits and focus only on being offended.
Two wrongs do make a right. Mrs Wheatley belittled his reading comprehension and it's understandable Jonah would hate her. But Jonah was a bully to others and deserves his marching orders.
When Mrs Wheatley said lots of kids are scared of Jonah and what he'll do, I empathise and sympathetise with Jonah so much as I've been in his position and I know how hard it is and what it's like for him. I'm on the autism spectrum and have adhd and I was very similar to Jonah When i was younger (I didn't do as many naughty or bad things as he did) but I was very problematic and disruptive and loud.. and I would cause a lot of trouble unintentionally in class, and I got into a LOT of trouble at school without meaning, too... I will say that, Mrs Wheatley is not seeing or interpreting what she thinks she's seeing or interpreting, Jonah really isn't a bad kid or a bad person and he's not doing any of it intentionally to sabotage Mrs Wheatley, She shouldn't take it so personally, I know how she feels but she shouldn't take it to heart... He's not doing it... deliberately to try to upset her or bring her down or get in her way, and he's not doing any of it intentionally... to be disruptive or to be disturbing or anything to deliberately provoke Mrs Wheatley, He just thinks he's having fun and being funny and joking around and having a good time. I understand where Mrs Wheatley is coming from but I also understand where Jonah is coming from. I can understand and internalise both sides and both perspective. I know how Mrs Wheatley feels, and her point of view, but I also know intrinsically how Jonah feels and his point of view. Unfortunately how I wish it weren't the case... when it's an argument between teacher and student... and even if the teacher is the culprit and in the wrong... the teacher still always wins... sadly.... it's the students word against the teachers....
Its genuinely sad that after being expelled he went to gumnut cottage to feel safe amongst friends and his favourite teacher instead of going to clean out his locker.
My wife use to find this show funny, until she became a school teacher herself 😂 the little disrespectful turds she has to deal with on a daily basis, because the parents at home suck at parenting
Jonah being physically removed really takes me back to middle and elementary school. I was one of a handful of white kids, and you just sit there pretending not to notice while the staff deals with them.
I feel for Miss. There's no reason for white countries to take immigrants. I hate to say it. But it's pretty obvious. Name the country. Same story. There's a reason Asian countries make immigration nearly impossible.
That teacher that kicked him out is such a great actress. The only think that sucks about all Chris Lilly shows is (because he plays them all) his characters can't really fully interact with one another. The twins can work, but not more than that. Jonah is a performer, kids like this, these problem kids, are performers and he'd have been good for drama class. In real life these kids miss out on those classes, drama or shop, or the teachers in those classes have the wrong approach and it doesn't connect. The kids have to have an outlet, like break-dancing. That's the last thing to take away completely. You need to embrace such things and make time for it somehow. Instead, they sit in English class or whatever and screw up the learning for that entire semester. It only takes one kid to screw things up because others will join in and they'll never get into the rhythm of learning. You separate him from his gang and they'd behave and start improving immediately..same goes with that private school brat who keeps those popular girls overly-focused on fashion shows and all that worthless stuff. Obviously she's gaining experience with what she's doing that she'll use in the real world, but they're just followers. She goes to college and they don't.
that's the same i was in ashwood school it wasn't a good school for me it was terrible for me the teachers at ashwood they didn't do nothing about the bullies
