Idle shutdown is NOT a "cool feature". Its a nightmare for all truckers. We NEED AC and heat. We shouldnt have to play silly games just to be comfortable. This is flawed, useless technology
Good looking truck but to much plastic and to much computer junk. Ask yourself how long does a phone or computer last ya since 2008 its all junk built to keep ya broke
Currently on my 3rd cummins. My previous 2 both got over 1 million without any major internal work outside of injectors. 1,080,000 & 1,040,000. That ole red machine has made a believer out of me
1993 my owner operated spec FLD 120 with 4 1/4 kitty cat 13 speed was $73,000. My 2007 379 Pete long nose still kitty cat MSX twin turbo 18 speed 14 six front and 46 rears for lockers Was only 142,000. I won’t be spending 190 for a truck that will only last three years because honestly, they just don’t build things to last anymore. I would rather spend the money on a glider and rebuild it to have something dependable. The industry has done it to themselves.
Scrolling back in the videos it wasn’t that long ago trucks were selling above list with a 15 month wait . Should we feel pitty after being gouged by the manufacturers for several years ? The pendulum swings .
Dam i have a 2015 579 667 thousand miles and yes its paid off and would jump on it but the rates are kicking me. Let me play with the numbers and I'll give you im interested.
