I like the detail that Kafka's ID is for a permanent resident, rather than a citizen. (Also Canadada. IDK if that's an oops, a Frenchness, or a reference to Dadaism, but it's still fun.)
One recommendation I have is the Safety Third with ridiculous gun usage, I can't for the life of me remember what episode it was in, but I want to see Nova in a DPM-pattern version of her usual clothing.
Ima keep it 💯 the railroad I work for does that too lmao. Not as extreme but a small version and some guys clearly aren’t sure which company they work for still 0:32
If there's one thing I know about railroading history is its a mess of overlapping terminologies, parodoxically especially after conglomeration and nationalisation.
@@CamstonIslandit’s like. Technically an insurance thing. So that it costs less and we don’t have to insure everyone for more that what their role technically requires. It’s a super small company we kinda gotta save money everywhere we can. But I get weekends off and work on trains so I can’t complain
Thanks! This came from episode 10, so even though the pod's a bit rough in the beginning (I had to do my own audio equalising), there are still so many great bits indeed!
As a Czech I think one of the best parts of that is that regular Czech news outlets reported on that because it was hilarious, and everyone indeed thought it was hilarious. Except, it seems, the airport and maybe some killjoy officials at the Prague magistrate office, because I think it wasn't that long after that they officially renamed it to "Václav Havel International Airport" - it did not have a specific name originally, and here in Czechia everyone still calls it just Ruzyně - the part of Prague, originally a separate village, it sits in. It's even the top Google result for Ruzyně, even though it's not the official name and officially Ruzyně definitely is a city burrough!
It's been a hot minute between episodes, but I'm working on it! Someday that one livestream you can already watch will have 'transformative' foenni faces added
Yeah the hype may not necessarily be called for- the series _already exists_ for you to watch now- and I will continue to make new videos. All sorts of joy to be had indeed!
It’s the theme from the 3 shows! Glad to see people still remembering those despite Tom unlisting them. Only noticed that the ending was used as the intro to Citation Needed too when I rewatched them yesterday.
@@CamstonIsland Had a look through your back catalogue and definitely didn’t expect to see old edits of Vinny! Funny how much influence he has in nerdy internet circles.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S_E8zjcMQVU.html I remember searching for about half a decade trying to find the theme clean util someone randomly uploaded the whole thing 2 years ago. I do indeed wish for my techdiff to be cartoonier and my bread to be hard.
Gary allegedly saw one of the very first ones (either Henricus or Hurcon), but so far the only people to have actually commented on my animations have been WTYP guests bsquicklehausen and notjustbikes. I don't do this whole social media nonsense, so you wont see me @'ing them on -twitter- XXX.gov
I doubt they'd have negative feelings about it. Tom always had a "...fine, whatever. just don't bother me" attitude about memes and ytp quality stuff. This is high effort on a transformative process, and is quite wholesome as well
Still hyped for a potential train episode 🔥🔥 "How many times in a row may a volleyball be struck by one train" - Tom Scott "THE WALL CRUMBLES, A TRAIN SMASHES THROUGH, everyone dead but the train wins" - Matt Gray "The train, winner of every volleyball championship ever" - Gary Brannan "Twas brillig and the slithy class 47s" " Tom Scott has train tourette's. You can help. Please donate 50 quid to me repeatedly and I will hit him until he forgets" - Gary Brannan "They're still playing volleyball, they're still playing volleyball, they're still playing volleyball, AND THERE'S THE 5:50 FROM CARDIFF" - Chris/Gary
From that same episode (The Unexpected Train Special), there's also the whole diversion on scaling the Andrews Sisters, followed immediately by Gary wondering if he's Chris has overtaken him in age!
