Heya, great video! What's your opinion on the Product count being 'number of products that account for 90% of clicks'. At first glance, Product Count looks like a measure of overall competition, but since it's only 90% of clicks, isn't it more a measure of market penetration of the top sellers? Quite similar to top 3/5/20 click share.
how do you go to that page where I can find all that insights? I went to brand metrics but didnt find any of these tabs. can you share some more information please
Hello Chris and Ben, you have mentioned about customers leaving product reviews on seller feedback and that you can message them directly requesting to transfer that product review - how do you do that? Do you contact them outside of Amazon or within Amazon? Thanks :)
You describe creating a Product Collection Video ad @5:55 but when I create a SB ad, I am only able to select Product Collection OR Video ad. When I choose product collection, I'm unable to upload a video. If I choose video, I can only select my store or a single product page as the landing page. I see no options for a video option with a product colection. Where am I going wrong?
@@nazelighukasyan9547 I replied previously but maybe it got deleted because I included a link. Here is Amazon ad support reply: "I understand your concern with regards to creating Sponsored brand video campaign. I would like to inform you that, to add products in Sponsored brand video campaign you need to create campaign in Video builder." I used Video builder which doesn't allow you to upload a video - it just creates a video slideshow from photos.
Don't know, How someone with incredibly strong PPC skills doesn't have a larger following. I suspect the reason might be that you're keeping a low profile. But Cheers!
Hi, I am facing an issue on Amazon where a competitor of mine consistently uses different IDs to place orders for my products and frequently returns them, claiming various reasons such as poor quality, wrong product, or insufficient quantity. This malicious activity has led to the deterioration of my ranked listing on Amazon. As a result, Amazon has taken down my listing. Despite explaining the situation to the Amazon team, I have not received any response or resolution. It seems that this competitor specifically targets our listings that have bestseller status or an Amazon choice badge. Can you share any possible way to tackle this issue.

I noticed that recently. I'm a solid 4.6+ so I'm not sure that I'm affected... and wouldn't know how to measure the impact, really. I suspect that the quantity purchased in the past month is more impactful (if it's a larger number than your competitors).
The main thing to measure would be the difference in click through rate. But I think you’re right when you’re at 4.6 it’s likely not to have a huge impact as you would’ve already had the 4 1/2 star icon.
I implemented STPP campaigns after taking your PPC Challenge last spring and they were highly effective. But, over time, they became less and less effective until I eventually turned them off several weeks ago. Did Amazon catch on or did something else happen to make them wither?

After deciding to cancel my subscription to Sophie Society, I was surprised to find that I was charged for an additional two months post-cancellation. This oversight, whether intentional or not, has made me question the transparency and efficiency of their operations. Customers should be able to trust that when they cancel a service, they won't face unexpected charges.
