You need to fully change your relationship with food. Allow yourself if everyone os going out for a meal to enjoy a meal without worrying about upf. Mostly its learning how to cook and adding more ingredients to what you cook. It tooks more planning but it does get easier. Also having a big freezer helps so you can freeze big batches of food for an easy convenience food to put in the microwave. Use the nova classification, there is an app called 'open food facts' that helps when scanning barcodes it will tell you where it lies on a grading system. Any questions let me know
This documentary is convincing and feel true. A heartfelt thanks to BBC for this great work. Let the world know what happens there and I feel so sad for Nikas death. She had a bright life. Who are they to take her life away? I don't understand what happens to our world in terms of religion and some old age rituals. I hope the world may get better. Praying for her soul.
I realize that all my life I ate almost no processed foods! Without difficulty. The main processed food that I ate was bread, sometimes pasta. I always cook from scratch what by the way can be very quick and easy if you stick to meat, fish, chicken and beans, (frozen) vegetables and eggs, chess, fruit (no fruit juice, no sugars). You can stew meat or slow cook in the oven for days at the time and vacuum the portions but also quick meat, 5 minutes on the stove. I also use a bread machine.
I was someone who ate ultra processed food every single day. Last September I watched a few food documentaries and I was done. I’ve been cooking 90% of my meals since then. The other 10% is only ordering from local owned businesses. So far I lost 40 pounds. And it’s not a diet. It’s just cooking.

Govt of India had begun banning Chinese Apps around Feb 2023 but your report dated Oct 2023 uncovers the modus operandi of Chinese for common people. You are kidding, right? If the label is longer than 2 lines then don’t eat it. It isn’t complicated. So simply put, only about 10% of what is sold in a typical supermarket is edible.
