Just had my second ever panic attack about 10 minutes ago, 3 days apart of my first one, although this one was less severe. I don't think it was one this time but got close, I felt the same feeling right before I started randomly screaming last time and then tried not repeating what I did last time to stop it.
wow there can you please not expose how terrible of a person I am in front of the whole class ahah that was sarcasm, the part about exposing it. This made me feel bad but I'm aware I deserve it. I like ambiance noise, it makes me feels like I'm sinking (in a positive way)
Last night i used asmr to sleep for the first time and it was this i unfortunately i had to replay it because i didn't fall asleep the first time but i did sleep during the 2nd play i even had a good dream
