Hmmm a few people were sharing the same idea that however this part was done it could potentially induce some form of mental conditioning that may cause nightmares. I dunno though that sounds kinda silly but I can def imagine the reverse sounds being nightmare fuel lmao. She def got the scare factor with that going.

I was given a dream where I died in an elevator fall after it malfunctioned and kept going up to the top and was shaking after it skipped the floor it was supposed to stop on on the way up. Once we past the top floor, I felt a snap and I fell until...well....here...

My favorite 7 foot black man ASMRtist. Actually just my favorite ASMRtist in general. EDIT: I don't think she really meant it, but that middle section with the reversed sounds is actually the sort of thing one could use to mentally condition a person. Of course you would have to be in a near-sleep or suggestive state of mind for it to actually affect you, so as long as you have an active mind you shouldn't have any issues. Just don't try to sleep to this and you shouldn't be mentally conditioned by it.
Shadow so good at ASMR she accidently stumbles upon the ability to mentally influence people. I was half asleep at this point and it certainly had an odd effect.
@@kai6987 It's not so much the reversed sounds so much as the non-reversed parts. Sure the reversed parts can still have some effect, but there were quite a few key phrases mixed in with them. When a person is in a suggestive state, such as near-sleep or deep meditation/hypnosuggestive, a wall of indistinct ambient noise with spoken phrases mixed in makes those spoken phrases stick out to the subconscious mind. It wouldn't be as big of a thing if the mind wasn't open to the suggestion, but ASMR, and the mentality of people listening to it, naturally leads them to being open to suggestion. The 'tingles' and the being open to feeling them. If you want to know more you should read about the process of performing hypnotherapy, as well as the nature of the conscious/unconscious mind.
Ok playing the reverse bit in reverse makes it even scarier. If your wondering what she is saying its allot of "stay with me" and "its ok" and "you dont need anything but me" ect Have not found any memes... yet.

Shando that was absolutely brilliant, I'm so glad I caught the premiere. Going to be a shower of praise ahead but, you deserves it. I've been a fan for a long time and have always found the writing you do for your audios to be super original. I loved the writing for this one a LOT. It had it's twists and turns and all these little subtleties to what she said. When I realized who we were and who she was it was that brilliant "eureka!" moment that pulled it all together. I wasn't sure of our fate but that section around 1:10:50 was a new experience. I can tell you put sooo much effort into this one and you have absolutely outdone yourself and I hope you know you deserve every little bit of praise you get :> . Whether I were to be kidnapped or went willingly, and this is the thing the person did, I wouldn’t leave, I would just accept it as my new home. My favorite part of the video was 100% the layered sounds. They were just so amazing and surprisingly relaxing. Ya know, that thing she mentioned about making death the warmest embrace ever felt opens up so much potential for video ideas. This witch helping those who were on death’s doorstep accept that they weren’t going to live much longer, and she calms them down so they don’t feel any fear or pain as they pass on. A witch who has a dark heart, but she is not completely evil. She knows the value of life, and helps those who are afraid of dying without anyone at their side to help them. What I’m saying is there’s potential in a future video where the listener is someone who is going to die, but she helps them relax and feel peace before they die.
Stuff like this always is enjoyable considering I really loved the Yandere Nurse one you did a while ago. It was relaxing sounds while also having a whole story unfold over time. Peak quality stuff.
It’s been a while since you’ve done a video with darker undertones, but it’s been worth the wait. In fact, I’d say the amount of time actually makes it more of a treat (pun not intended).

Yo I thought I was the only one who had nightmares sleeping to this, I swear to god my nightmare was being possessed by a demon and couldn’t move which made it more terrifying to live through. I haven’t been the same after that night, but 10/10 would induce nightmares again
the first video I've watched on this channel was a spooky video, specifically the 2 sisters one, i didnt know it was gonna have horror elements in it (because apparently i dont know how to read youtube video titles) it was a really shocking video in a good way. btw the art on this channel is amazing. Idk who does it but they do a really great job

Everytime Shadow creates something, it is always worth to watch and enjoy it. This was nice and soothing i liked it a lot. I wish more people would put in that much effort into their ASMRs.

I woke up in a cold sweat super confused and heart beating like crazy, and i literally throw my headphones off when i just had i realized it was still on. It was super TERRIFYING yet i didn't exactly remember what happen in the scary part, but i remember drifting in and out of sleep for awhile before i finally wake up.
I feel very smart for cheating and running my cursor through the play bar to see what was going on and not waking up in the middle of the night. especially since I have a test tomorrow. I have just realized that there was a warning at the beginning that already played I just skipped it.
You know, I don' think I've ever been unnerved. I've played horror games, watched creepypastas and horror movies, read horror books, nothing could do it. Most of it doesn't even creep me out. Once played a session of Call of Cthulhu, we had spent an hour building the atmosphere (the DM was a fantastic writer btw, campaign had an awesome story). It was storming both in-game and irl, and just as the horror reached its peak, my lights went out and the tornado sirens went off. Still nothing. So it took me a while to pinpoint exactly what that feeling in the pit of my stomach was. Yup, I was unnerved, and from an ASMR video of all things. Great job. Time to listen to it until it doesn't unnerve me anymore.

As much as the deep voice drew me in to listen to this... i've made a great decision to NOT listen to this while trying to sleep. Since this was supposed to be spooky, then Mission accomplished! I felt very uncomfortable for the most part.
Usually when I listen to things like this it Puts me to sleepBut this one had me twitching and apparently having a nightmare to where my partner had to essentially make sure I was OK but apparently I was still asleep but I rose up from my bed gave her a hug and said thank you because she had touched my shoulder and went back to bed. According to my partner I got through one hour and 32 minutes before I started twitching and having a nightmare. I'm going to go through it again and I'll keep you guys updated
I don’t know what happened in that “hmm?” Section but I went from having a wholesome dream to a dream where I was getting chased by a demonic pikachu until I woke up and realized this part of the audio was the EXACT same thing I heard in the dream.
