Chef Mark, as a chef, is there any way that you differentiate from when you say prawns vs when you say shrimp? I've heard you use them both interchangeably, so just curious!
Hi Lloyd, George Carlin used to say Jumbo Shrimp was an oxymoron.....lol...I always thought of shrimp as smaller than prawns. I may use them interchangeably by mistake but to me they are two separate things. Thanks for tuning in Lloyd, hope you are doing well these days.........:)
