It could very well be. I was on a boat tour with one of the people who live in “the lakes”. It’s a millionaire housing division here in Las Vegas. The guy telling the story is a nice older gentleman. No reason for him to lie about it because he has nothing to gain. Great story though. Also the housing division is gated and guarded. I would never willing put an artist in harms way.
Thanks an awesome question. The sad answer is no. If it did I would have hooked it up to a sequencer right away. I would be happy to use a loop pedal though. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I've always argued that guitars usually don't play chords because if you strum the guitar, you can't play all the notes at once, so basically , guitars play arpeggioes really fast to sound like a chord. If you use three picks to play the notes all at the same time to actually play a triad.
You music the theory extremist! I love that. Yes technology guitars are going a strum resulting in a chord. I remember learning about a the difference between a piano 🎹 key slide and making a trill. They are both kinda the same, make the same results, but with a different technique. You are awesome! Thanks for watching and commenting. Hugs, health, and happy music from Las Vegas. Keytar is life🎹🎸🤟
@@KeytarKris It's the Casio design. I love it! I also want to get one of those Casio 80s guitars that has the tape cassette player and amp built into it! I've got a Yamaha SH500 which is nice and compact....except it ain't 80s!
@@KeytarKris I am a keytar guy as well.....I went gigging for the first time with it! I love Casio stuff as well! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uNSnAf27bUo.html
Be careful about trying to interact with spirits associated to items you bought from other people. Many spirits try to come back to life by hanging on to items they owned, but since they died, another person they may or may not know they will try to draw them in, switching places. Many times, these lost souls are trying to get back to the world of the living. They may try to pull you in and go into your world either by possessing you or trade places where you could be drawn into their domain and they come back into the world of the living, leaving you stuck in the world of the dead. Their intentions may be malicious.
Honestly the AX Edge is more expensive because it has better editing for patches, etc. The Korg RK100S 2 can be edited but you have to do it on your laptop 💻. They are both awesome Keytars. It just depends on your budget and how you edit sounds. Good music to you! Keytar is life🎹🎸🤟
i always have trouble with getting the timing right on an arpeggiator vs by hand. just tooling around not being scientific some arpeggiators seem "easier" than others. anyway that outfit is totally deranged kris, keep it up haha
The infamous Chee-Z 101 sound engine lives on! I owned a couple of them for many years; there are a ton of alternatives that sound better. And easier, and more fun to program.
Hey Kris! Got my first ever Korg RK100 yesterday. Do you use batteries or an adapter for your model? If using batteries, which are most compatible with the model? Mine didn't come with any batteries so the LED lights were blinking 😊
The light blink when the batteries are dying. Depending on the battery hookup you have in the back of the keytar you can use a 9volt or 6 AAs. Of course you can also plug it into an outlet using a 9volt power cord. I hope you really love your new keytar. The Korg RK100 is just a midi controller, but it’s my favorite keytar. Hope you have lots of fun. Hugs, health, and happiness from Las Vegas! Keytar is life🎹🎸🤟
Great vocals. You really need a cool hat. I personally like cowboy hats because I love Red Dead Redemption2. I wish I could get you on my system. You need to separate you vocals. And jokes are cool." Why did Keytar Kris cross the road?"
How is the slide? I saw other review on this is better get Lucina09? The sound is good för this price. How is the strings? There is also Bigfun BF-3769 have you seen it? 😊
It’s okay for the most part. This toy keytar has more features than you would think. It’s not a professional instrument, but a great travel keytar for the road.
@KeytarKris I had one shs500 but I wanted save me up for better keytar even if shs500 is okej standalone keytar. I saw video but the slide didn't work why I asked. Yeah I can see that! Looks good. I hope they will realse new models soon I said to Alesis, Yamaha and Roland.. some cheapest once so there will be more keytars!
the disks aren't the 3.5" standard that most computers used, but a 2.8" Quick Disk (QD). They were used on other gear from roland and akai, so while not impossible to find, aren't super common. I had to replace a belt and realign the QD drive in my MKS-100 when I got it, but like most of this 80s technology, it can be fixed when it's broken. you can have the fanciest DAW and sequencer but sometimes doing things the simplest way is what keeps you in the zone.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I suppose I was just very lucky to find these disks on EBay. Of course the sequencer does have internal memory and will play back a musical instrument without saving the midi information on a disk, and that is how I mainly use this Roland sequencer. Hugs, health, and happiness from Las Vegas.
I covered my DG20 with reflecter tape for fishing lures. They are water proof, so i put orange ones on my cars so drivers in other cars see my car at night. Dude, im going to do a video for you. You rock, Keytar.
Excellent, i have GAS. 5 Yamahas, 4 Rolands, my Moog Matriarch, My Casio DG20 Digital Guitar, my congoes and bongos, harmonicas...yup. You nailed it. I can play up to 8 keyboards with my DG20 Digital Guitar with Midi. Wires, wires, and more wires. Great video.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I do have some synth music and keytar leads recently uploaded if you wanna check them out. Hugs, health, and happiness from Las Vegas. Keytar is life! 🎹🎸🤟
sweet demo-- do you have a favorite vintage (floppy-era?) sequencer? i have some non-roland ones but could never bring myself to invest in the workflow.
I honestly love all these old school sequencers. Korg, Casio, Roland, Alesis all had floppy disc sequencers. Are they cheesy? Absolutely! What kool about the technology is they were built to last. Devices nowadays are built to breakdown in a few years, while technology from the 80s and 90s are still working and only need basic maintenance. Thanks so much for watching and commenting! Hugs, health, and happiness from Las Vegas! Synth and keytar are life🎹🎸🤟
