Axel, I’m truly honored to have appeared on your channel. It was such an absolute pleasure to meet you. We're still nearby, so I hope we get the chance to meet again soon! 😎😎
FIIO and We as Rewind is good enough for most people, save them headache of fixing old Walkman and they can buy something fairly high quality and use it right away. Personally, I prefer the FIIO for compact size and ability to service it for replacing belts, replacing battery, adjusting tape speed and Azimuth. We as Rewind is more of Apple kind of thing,
Axel, this is the second SIAS review I've seen today, but have yet to see a single CanJam SoCal, for some reason. The DITA Project M, like most earphones, is highly tip-dependent. With the FiiO HS18, they sound almost like a basshead set.
Fine review but very annoying repetitive background music which serves no purpose whatsoever and makes concentrating on your rather technical information more difficult. If your content and delivery are good, no need for cheesy music scoring. Thanks!
Hey dude , thanx for the overview . Which one is the best for tech death that you heard on the show overall ? And which one is more suitable between Monndrop , the Kadenz or Concerto ?
I got my Onix Alpha XL1 day before yesterday. I can hear more details and more tighter bass presentation but I feel overall sound is compressed, specially vocals which I don’t like at all. Vocals without alpha sound more fuller and when I plug in the dongle it sound compressed or recessed. What could be the reason for this? Please suggest. I am listening to youtube music on HP 840 Elitebook G8 laptop through my Sennheiser HD600 headphone connected to usb c thunderbolt port of my laptop.
It may just be me, but I have absolutely no interest in the super specialized use-case products that Moondrop is releasing. Anything USB-C related or TWS is not for me. Moondrop doesn't seem to understand that there are a lot of people that use DAP's and desktop setups. That renders these products useless. I'm sure there will be a market for these products, but Moondrop's traditional products have been underwhelming for the past few years. It seems to me that they are heading in a new direction without improving their bread and butter products. Not to mention, any of their products that have to work through their Spyware app is an automatic dealbreaker for a lot of folks.
There are plenty of excellent IEMs available at this price point and even lower. The Moondrop Chu 2 and Tangzu Wan'er are just a couple of examples. If you're a fan of Harman tuning, the Truthear Zero Blue 2 with the impedance adapter is tough to beat.
I hope you really like it! For the price, I think it's a fantastic TWS, and the bass profiles really cover a lot of different preferences, which is awesome.
@@Gizaudio I enjoyed Space Travel and I think I would have enjoyed MOCA too. Unfortunately, I discovered the brand a few years too late. I missed out on trying Nekocake and Golden Ages 1979 was too expensive for me.
Hey there (: Do the MOCAs have "takeover" multi-point connection? Or do they just "remember" the last bluetooth device used before and when you turn off the current one, it searches for the last used and connects to it?
Thinking about the truthear pure just don't know if it will fit my small ears since may is my shell size limit and nova was too big and had pressure (don't know if nozzle was too long too) that I had to send it back. Also the Bluetooth one from tanchjim looks interesting as well like the cato successor. Waiting rn for the hiby Evangelion and tanchjim luna limited dongle to arive tho now I need to save money bevor buying new stuff 😅 Last concert was expensive too 🤣
I was really impressed with the Truthear Pure. The fit was much better for my ears than the Nova, and the earpieces are smaller, which I liked. As for the Bluetooth TWS from Tanchjim, it will support the Tanchjim app. I’m not sure if that means it’ll have EQ options, but if it does, that would be awesome!
I want the BTR17 just for the aptX lossless support. My phone happens to be one of the like 4 models sold in the US that supports aptX lossless and their BT11 transmitter supports it too. If the new UTWS5 replacement supports it too then I'll be so happy.
Rog phone 7. It does have a 3.5mm jack but I'd like the freedom to walk away from the phone. I've definitely forgotten my iems were plugged in and accidentally dragged my phone off the counter a couple times. Asus zenfone, oneplus flagships, and Redmagic are the only other models I can think of that licensed the codec. So many devices have the right hardware for it but never licensed it. Sony xperia phones support aptX lossless as well but they decided to leave the US market this year.
The honor is all ours, Kenneth! Thanks so much for being a part of it. I know we were a bit short on time, but you really did great. It was great meeting you, and we’re so happy to have had you on the channel 🙌 Hope we get to do it again sometime soon!
@@studynowPH haha I got a ton in line for review, I just have to push myself to actually make them vids 😆🙌 But don't worry I'll really deliver them this year!
The noise floor and sound quality you get with this is way better than any dap I have tried, even at double the price. From the dealer I’ve met, dc elite doesn’t really make much profit due to the production cost.
