I just can't stray from my go-to's at the State Fair. I kick off my appetizer with the Wisconsin Fried Cheese, then my entree rotates between the Donut burger OR the BBQ mac & cheese, with my dessert of fried oreos. Not the most adventurous, but I just can't pass up the chance to eat those every chance I get!

You guys missed out on the best breakfast burritos 🌯. The Hippo 🦛 and the Rhino 🦏. And if you are feeling strong 💪🏻, The Beast is a combination of the hippo & rhino.
We’ve been back several times since and have tried all of those burritos, and you aren’t wrong, they are excellent, but it definitely takes a strong stomach to start your day with a Beast LOL. Thanks so much for checking us out!
Thank you so much! We definitely have different tastes and that usually allows us to try some different things to show off more for you guys. If money was no object we’d order 3 meals a piece just to show off as many things as we could, to give these restaurants the best reviews possible.

Another great video! We’ve looked forward to seeing what this place looked like inside and so glad that y’all filmed it. The broccoli pizza sounds really interesting. We laughed when every new scene, 3 or 4 new slices of pizza would suddenly appear - Love it! The new location looks really nice. We love the level of service and food that the one in Pigeon Forge has. That was awesome that y’all went back for the wings. Those are worth the cost of dinner alone. Happy Birthday, Brent!

I think you ordered wrong. I only get ribs at a BBQ place. I like potato sticks on my salad. As for price, it is a tourist town. You're going to pay more.
@@smokymthiker we’ll definitely try it again and order differently, to give them another try, but we do have to wonder, since people keep telling us we ordered wrong and shouldn’t have gotten the ribs, why do they continue to serve them? There are so many good places in the area to eat and spend money, and the prices at Howard’s are higher than many of those places, and, from what we saw on this trip, it wasn’t worth it. As I said, we’ll try it again before we make the final decision on whether it’s for us, but we owe it to the people who watch our videos to tell the truth, at least as we see it. We do greatly appreciate you for your opinions and your time.

I've been curious about Howard's, but always on the fence about going there. I appreciate your honest review. I only get to the Smoky's once a year and with so many places to choose between, I hate to waste the money on something I probably won't not like. Thanks for the review, enjoy your videos🙂

We have spoken to several people who really like Howard’s, so we will definitely try it again on our next trip, just to give them a fair shake, but we agree with you, with so many great options in the area, a restaurant isn’t going to get too many second chances before people decide to spend their money elsewhere

@@lauriepoole6353 next time we go we will definitely bite the bullet and order a steak to see if that’s what we were missing, but you aren’t wrong, they are very expensive for a restaurant that’s as casual as Howard’s. Those are roughly the same steak prices that you’ll pay at the Peddler or Cherokee Grill, and we would 1000000000% suggest spending that kind of money at Cherokee rather than Howard’s.
We’ve been several times and their steaks have been great! I’ve not had anything except their steaks so I can’t vouch for other stuff. Having been to Greenbrier, Peddler, Alamo, Calhouns etc etc, Howard’s Steaks are near the top for me. I like that they’re not usually so packed you have to wait too. They have some decent bourbon at the bar as well.
@@MurfsKitchen that’s great info, we appreciate it! It sounds like the consensus is that we need to try the steak next time we’re in the area to give Howard’s the benefit of the doubt. The shorter lines are definitely a plus, especially since Cherokee Grill, Calhouns, and Smoky Mountain Brewery are always crowded on that end of town. @@lalilandadventures to be fair we’ve seen a few videos recently of people going there and really enjoying it, so maybe we got them on a bad night. And when we walked past last night there was a line out the door, so either we’re wrong or all of them are. We’ll try it again sometime and will order different things and give them another chance, but there are so many places in the area to spend your money on, it’s hard to have an off night!

Next time I go south I am getting a monte cristo at Cheddar's! You're also tempting me with the ribs. I never order them out because I hate ribs unless they're falling off the bone. And those onion rings!!! 😯
Hello Guys. Taco Bell is expensive compared when I was a teenager or young adult. McDonald’s is not cheap plus the Big Mac is smaller than years past. I will have to check Cheddar’s out. Have a wonderful day and take care guys!!
I shouldn’t watch at 9pm. Now I’m hungry and it’s an hour away. I had a pot pie on my last visit and it was large, delicious, came with a salad and a croissant and was $10.99. Great taste, great value. Oh, yes, I did get onion rings too.
