1)selling a plot is nightmare, whereas selling flat is very easy. 2)Most of the plotting ventures will be poorly maintained after sales . 3)Without living plots will become like a graveyard as everyone have invested in it and no one will construct a house in it. 4) if you have appetite to wait for 10-15 years plot is good.(don’t quote mokila-Kollur those are rare areas )

Sir how is it correct if a person gives 1500 sqy for development in my home tridasa apartments and inturn got 5 villas in my home ankura ? Each villa is of 270 sqy with 3000 sft built up area in my home ankura

Central govt did not allocate fund in the budget for amaravathi development. Only they act as a facilitator in arranging funds as a loan from multilateral agencies like world bank, ADB etc.

Nope !! You got wrong information bro. Isnapur is famous industrial cluster not Sangareddy. Sangareddy is very suitable for living & investing. Atmosphere & other things at fine to settle down easily.
