You need to do your own baking items. Practice the recipes and hopefully the cookbooks and links out there can help. Good luck. I have the same problem. My granddaughter and son are GF. My daughter in law is amazing at the baking. ❤ gf
Just found this and not only am I amazed at how good you look. I am excited about trying this. You are an amazing teacher not only with us but also with your beautiful child. I am post menopausal and hate hate hate not just the momma pouch but the bulging upper belly. I look bloated all the time.
I don't mean to piggyback on your comment but my laptop is being douchy and not giving me a space to comment. This is so true! I do it all the time when I get a craving or hungry. I'll take a heaping teaspoon though, not a TB of my no salt/no sugar added almond butter. The only complaint I have is that peanut/almond butter is not a low calorie food so I generally only do it shortly before I work out.

More couples regret their divorce than those who don't. You should marry someone you want to share bad experiences with because you both know marriage comes with lots of happiness and disappointments. It's how you both handle it together. Wait until the lust is gone and marry when the love is strong.
The problem with hormone labs is that our hormones are constantly changing so you will not always get accurate results. Go off your symptoms and track them on a period app even if you don't have a period. Be your own advocate and educate yourself on female hormones, because nobody knows your body better than you.
I have a friend who has just decided to lose unnecessary kilograms and take care of herself, she pays too much attention to the indications on the scale and when she loses weight slower and less, she breaks down, not taking into account that she is moving forward step by step and with each step, even 2Lbs down, she is closer to her goal of health and longer life. I explain to her that from my experience, I lost 93 lbs, that at some point the weight loss slows down, but we still lose weight, that's what counts.
So awesome that you can now be a resource and support system for your friend 🥰 It can be difficult not to focus all your attention on the scale but hopefully you're able to help her recognize the important of non-scale victories too!

At the beginning i thought it was his last because he had a terminal illness. This maybe the most over dramatic post ive ever seen and I am pretty sure you knew that people would feel the same way that i did when i watched the first 10 seconds. Your sad do better.
Question - why can there not be any visits with family during the missionary time? Curious as to the reasoning behind that decision. Great episode! Heidi, you're starting a new chapter as a mother. Having an adult son will be different. But, as a mom of an adult son, it can also be pretty cool. He'll always have a soft spot for you. Trust and pray. 🙏🏽
