My dad showed this to me a long time ago and when he came back from vietnam in 1973 he spent 3 weeks in nyc before coming back home. Let me tell you i think this movie really pushes how gritty and dirty the city was during that time
As a USMC SNCO myself I can tell you this would never happen in real life ... but if such a mutiny DID occur, the NCO would go after the main protagonist so hard until one of you is dead. We love Clint as well as this Camp Pendleton movie however
