Hey! Long time watcher of your vids! Enjoy watching them during my break time 👍🏽 but in regards to hamster in lightsworn it’s definitely not new at all. I believe highadric created it or someone close to him topped with it, but it’s been around since 14 years ago, but definitely during Edison days. It was called hamstersworn and you can search up some of the old hamstersworn builds. Basic concept main 3 to bring out ryko faster 👍🏽
Pay 4k for snipe hunter, what could possibly go wrong. Bru, you gonna learn today! 😂 Ddv trigger and I'll search bewd, ty. Use solemn against dragon turbo you asking to lose.
@LegacyRetroFormats same happened against me, dude solemned my jd, I monster rein, summoned jd eff, normal summon, stack for plague, gg. Granted that was a correct solemn, 4k is too much in edison, unless it's saving you from mirror or tt where the opp goes plus 4.
1:40 when your first play of the duel is attacking with a future fusioned abs zero into d-prison while you have gorz in hand, you’re just giving your opponent the win 😢
Everyone crying when they play GB and claiming their deck has a bad match up when they lose, but when it comes to the tier lists its suddenly mid lmao. GB easily A+ or even S
@@LegacyRetroFormats Needs to be played more. Gotta say the past months more and more players tried it and since then it tops a lot and wins stuff here and there. Pretty sure it will win about as much if it gets played in tons like Blackwings and Vayu are.
Very funny and interactive gameplay dragon turbo. Draw, select 6 cards over 40 in your deck: win Man, it's incredible: if you draw you win: whats the counterplay? Dd crow over the debris target?
that synchro monster is dragunity knight barcha, follow his effect 1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Winged Beast-Type monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can select any number of Dragon-Type "Dragunity" monsters in your GY and equip them as Equip Cards to this card. This card gains 300 ATK for each "Dragunity" Equip Card equipped to this card. so ur opponent made 2 illegal move, the summoning and equipping winged beast monster. dont know how u should summon him in the tengu format, i dont think there is a strong way to use him.
Hey guys! If it's my turn, as in the case of Nate, and i attack into a BW with a LS, do i have advantage in honest right? In what order do they have to be activated and in what order do they resolve? I mean, if the turn player has advantage in havin prio, knowing this rule helps the 2nd player to save a kalut, right? Turn player has prio, 2nd asks if is he doing something, then i choose if discard or not... Correct? Thanks❤
Player declaring attack always has priority to activate effects. They get first crack at using anything. If the LS player attacks in to a BW, LS player has turn player priority to activate honest. If they do, honest is Chain Link 1. If BW chains Kalut, Kalut is chain link 2. Chains resolve backwards. BW would go up by 1400, Honest would then increase the light monster's attack by the BW's monster newly boosted attack, and always destroys it. If LS attacks, but does not drop Honest, priority passes to the BW player who can then use kalut as CL1. If the LS player chains honest, what happens next depends on the monster's attack value. Honest is always chain link 2, so it resolves first and increases the light monster's attack by the BW's monsters original attack. Kalut then pumps the BW monster's attack up by 1400. What happens next depends on the difference in their attack values, it's just the math on the attack values. Both players get the option to drop a honest/kalut in response, the only difference is knowing when it would affect the result. If Honest is chain link 1, you always hold kalut because you lose regardless. IF Kalut is Chain Link 1 you gotta do the math, but you know ahead of time if you need to drop it. If you kalut as chain link 1, you have to do the math on whether or not an honest beats it. Like if I ram a 1000 attack lumina into a sirocco and chain link 1 honest, lumina always wins. If the BW player attacks with Sirocco and doesn't kalut, Honest drop always wins. If the BW player does attack and then drops Kalut preemptively, Sirocco will win honest or no (CL2 Honest puts Lumina up to 3k, CL1 Kalut pumps Sirocco to 3400), but the LS player gets the option to just hold Honest. It gets wild with multiple kalut/honest though.
@@Floatstonemafia best answer ever I guess. My only doubt was about if I have prio and oppo asks, and I don’t drop honest would I pass on CL1? So I understood now. Thank you 💙
Nate shouldve made android instead of catastor at the end of game 1. It puts pressure on ryan to answer cause of lp gain, its 2400 atk instead of 2200, and it's a light monster with double honest support. If he doesn't play android, i bet he wishes he did after that. Lol
I threw this deck together quick, so I didn't have mist wurm and I'm not 100% sure I had andriod either lol. That's what I was going to go initially actually - mist wurm, then I looked at my extra and was like 'fuck'.
@Floatstonemafia oh lol gotcha, yeah I also run Mist wurm in that deck for those types of situations, but when I saw the catastor I was like nooooooo lol
I think the deck doesnt like me. Tried BW on DB and i swear i dont be drawing monsters even with 3 legacy 3 upstart 🥲 idk how the BW + Whirlwind is so good lol
That hand game 3 had me a little salty ngl. Opening hand was double jd double decree celestia troar and my next monster was necro rofl. Oh well. Ls giveth ls taketh away. Ended my finals dry streak so i cant be too mad about it.
Try 1 poa instead of 3. But yes, there are hands that will brick so think about how to get the best combo hand with less bricks. I've won games that my opp sides all the LS hate in the world just for me to drop dad and pop them, then jd for game.
@@LegacyRetroFormats I really don't think pure LS is that much of a casino deck. I'll probably play it a little more often because I think it's a little underrated. LS monsters are kind of crazy overstat-ed, and the deck gets a lot of good sideboard options. Kristyasworn however is pure casino.
He shoulda sent lumina back, there's a reason she is at 1. Not popping 2 while oppression was up was a misplay. Against gadget fortress just leave oppression up. Gadgets aren't doing jack to you LS. Biggest monster they got is 14 unless they draw gearframe.
I needed to get oppression off of board to get my JD live. I should have popped two but not for the reason you said. I saw ultimate offering and figured he could have had starlight road down, especially since that other set had been down forever. But I only realized watching this video that it was down when I mirror forced him for 2 earlier, so if it was SLR he would have flipped it then. Should have picked up on it then but forgot. So yes but no. I should have popped both but not because I wanted to keep oppression up
I saw limiter removal game 1 and was doing math on whether or not I was dead to a limiter push if I didnt drop JD. I wasn't checking for valid targets for JD I was just trying to figure out if I had to drop it to avoid dying to limiter
