Chia seeds when purchased , it is in bag. Should I raise it first to get rid of any dirt / dust before putting into the cup to soak it for consumption ?
Thanks Maria I was disappointed with my own boss when I want to study she toldme I was old i was 46 years old but know that I saw your video I was so motivated I am skincare esthetician I will like to Lear more about esthetics
My dear Ana, you are never too old to learn, to study, to grow… If you have a boss that is demeaning you, just move on. May God bless you and keep you safe. Maria.
Hi Maria! Thank you for so much for sharing incredible information. I have 3 questions. 1) Is melasma contraindication? 2) Which color (purple or orange) do you recommend for cystic acne and post Brazilian sugaring? 3) Can we use gauze method for orange?
Hello, very good questions. Are you an aesthetician? Malasma is not a contraindication. For oily skin, acne skin, cystic acne, and after any kind of bikini, Brazilian waxing I would use the purple colour because it’s antiseptic And antibacterial. The orange light is more for product penetration so you should use a cream, but a gauze is not necessary. Keep in touch. Maria
I just started getting this like two months ago. It said it’s due to my pregnancy most likely but other than that, I’ve never had this before. Started coming after I got my make up done for my gender reveal
Fordyce spots are small, raised, pale or red bumps that appear on the lips, inside of the cheeks, or the genitals. They are completely harmless, often considered a natural part of the skin’s anatomy. These spots are actually sebaceous (oil) glands that are visible on the skin’s surface. Here’s how they develop: 1. Natural occurrence: Fordyce spots are a normal variation of skin and are present at birth, but they become more visible after puberty. 2. Oil glands: They occur when sebaceous (oil) glands become more prominent. Unlike typical oil glands that are associated with hair follicles, Fordyce spots are found in areas without hair follicles, such as the lips and genitals. 3. Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes during puberty can make these glands more active and noticeable. They don’t require treatment, but if you’re concerned about their appearance, a dermatologist may offer cosmetic treatments like laser therapy…. BUT I WOULD leave them alone. Hope this helps. Maria
Hi , great video. What would you do for Rheumatoid Arthritis? My mom has it and she’s in horrible pain throughout her whole body. Nothing seems to be helping her
First she needs to be careful about her diet … remove everything that is acidic, than everything night apply castor oil where she has the arthritis and this is very healing. It takes some time… but let me know how she feels in a month. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dDLFhJ8fSx8.htmlsi=Q8TazYHLK_llmCEi
I advise to use charcoal toothpaste and oil pulling. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IfZg1E99avw.htmlsi=Vax1dGSnGpGSZV06 Let me know if this works for you. ☺️
"Is there a major difference between Pityrosporum Folliculitis or Malassezia, compared to Seborrheic Dermatitis? If so, are the treatments for both conditions very similar? It's hard to find information on Seborrheic Dermatitis. I had to use information on fungal acne to help treat Seborrheic Derm.”
Malassezia, Pityrosporum folliculitis, and seborrheic dermatitis are all related to the same yeast species but manifest differently. ### 1. **Malassezia (formerly Pityrosporum)** - **Organism:** Malassezia is a genus of yeast that is naturally found on human skin. It thrives in areas rich in sebaceous (oil) glands, like the scalp, face, and upper body. - **Role:** While typically harmless, it can become overgrown under certain conditions, leading to various skin issues, such as folliculitis, dandruff, and seborrheic dermatitis. ### 2. **Pityrosporum (Malassezia) Folliculitis** - **Cause:** Overgrowth of *Malassezia* yeast in the hair follicles. - **Symptoms:** Red, itchy pustules that resemble acne but are often localized on the chest, back, shoulders, and sometimes the face. It occurs when the yeast enters hair follicles and causes inflammation. - **Triggers:** Often linked to heat, humidity, excessive sweating, or use of oily skin care products that can exacerbate yeast growth. ### 3. **Seborrheic Dermatitis** - **Cause:** A chronic inflammatory skin condition caused by an overreaction of the immune system to the *Malassezia* yeast, which leads to inflammation. - **Symptoms:** Red, scaly patches with greasy, yellowish flakes, most commonly found on oily areas like the scalp (dandruff), face, behind the ears, and upper chest. It is commonly seen in areas with a high concentration of sebaceous glands. - **Triggers:** Stress, hormonal changes, cold weather, and a weakened immune system can exacerbate it. ### Key Differences: - **Location:** - **Pityrosporum folliculitis** affects hair follicles, causing pimple-like pustules. - **Seborrheic dermatitis** primarily affects areas with high oil production, leading to flaky, inflamed skin. - **Presentation:** - **Folliculitis** looks more like acne, with bumps and pustules, while **seborrheic dermatitis** presents with greasy, scaly patches and redness. - **Treatment:** - Both conditions can be treated with antifungal medications, but seborrheic dermatitis may also require anti-inflammatory treatments due to its chronic nature.
Thank you so much for these videos. I have a hard time only reading about these treatments from the textbooks; seeing it in action makes so much more sense
Here are some **natural remedies** that may help manage **tinea versicolor**, a fungal infection caused by *Malassezia* yeast. While these remedies can help, they may not always be as effective as antifungal medications, so it's important to monitor the condition and seek medical advice if it doesn't improve. ### 1. **Tea Tree Oil** - **How it helps:** Tea tree oil has strong antifungal and antimicrobial properties that can combat the yeast causing tinea versicolor. - **How to use:** Dilute a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil (like coconut oil) and apply it to the affected area once or twice a day. ### 2. **Coconut Oil** - **How it helps:** Coconut oil contains **caprylic acid** and **lauric acid**, both of which have antifungal properties. - **How to use:** Apply virgin coconut oil directly to the skin several times a day. It’s gentle and moisturizing, making it a good option for sensitive skin. ### 3. **Apple Cider Vinegar** - **How it helps:** Apple cider vinegar is thought to balance the skin’s pH and has antifungal properties. - **How to use:** Dilute apple cider vinegar with equal parts water and apply it to the affected areas with a cotton ball or spray bottle. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. ### 4. **Aloe Vera** - **How it helps:** Aloe vera has antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe irritated skin and prevent yeast overgrowth. - **How to use:** Apply fresh aloe vera gel to the affected areas 2-3 times a day. ### 5. **Oregano Oil** - **How it helps:** Oregano oil contains **thymol** and **carvacrol**, which are potent antifungal compounds. - **How to use:** Dilute a few drops of oregano oil with a carrier oil and apply to the affected skin once daily. ### 6. **Turmeric** - **How it helps:** Turmeric has antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties due to its active ingredient, curcumin. - **How to use:** Make a paste using turmeric powder and water, apply it to the affected area, and leave it on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing off. ### 7. **Garlic** - **How it helps:** Garlic has strong antifungal properties and can help fight *Malassezia* yeast. - **How to use:** Crush garlic cloves to release the active compounds and apply the juice directly to the affected skin. Alternatively, add more garlic to your diet. ### 8. **Probiotics** - **How it helps:** Consuming probiotics helps balance the skin and gut microbiomes, which can prevent yeast overgrowth. - **How to use:** Include more probiotic-rich foods in your diet (like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut) or take a probiotic supplement. ### Important Note: While these remedies can support the healing process, if tinea versicolor persists or worsens, it’s important to seek medical advice and possibly combine natural remedies with antifungal medications.
For natural bleach alternatives that also have disinfectant properties, the following options work well to both whiten and sanitize your white towels: 1. Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) • Bleaching: Hydrogen peroxide is an excellent natural bleach and stain remover that whitens whites. • Disinfecting: It has antimicrobial properties that kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi. • How to use: • Add 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide to your washing machine during the wash cycle along with your detergent. It’s safe for most fabrics and will not damage fibers like chlorine bleach. 2. White Vinegar • Bleaching: Vinegar has a mild bleaching effect and helps remove dinginess from whites. • Disinfecting: Vinegar is a natural disinfectant, killing bacteria, molds, and viruses. • How to use: • Add 1/2 to 1 cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle. This will help whiten and disinfect your towels while also acting as a natural fabric softener. 3. Lemon Juice • Bleaching: The citric acid in lemon juice naturally whitens fabrics and removes stains. • Disinfecting: Lemons have antimicrobial properties, making them effective at killing bacteria. • How to use: • Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice to the wash cycle or soak the towels in hot water mixed with lemon juice (1/2 cup per gallon) before washing. • Dry the towels in sunlight for additional bleaching and disinfection. 4. Tea Tree Oil • Bleaching: While tea tree oil is not a strong whitener on its own, it can enhance the disinfectant power of other natural ingredients. • Disinfecting: Tea tree oil is a potent natural disinfectant with antifungal and antibacterial properties. • How to use: • Add 5-10 drops of tea tree oil to the wash cycle along with hydrogen peroxide or lemon juice for enhanced bleaching and sanitizing effects. 5. Borax • Bleaching: Borax naturally whitens fabrics and boosts the cleaning power of your detergent. • Disinfecting: It also has antifungal and antibacterial properties, making it an effective disinfectant. • How to use: • Add 1/2 cup of borax to the wash cycle to help with both whitening and disinfecting. 6. Sunlight • Bleaching: Sunlight acts as a natural bleaching agent that whitens and brightens fabrics. • Disinfecting: The UV rays in sunlight naturally disinfect by killing bacteria and other microbes. • How to use: • After washing, hang your towels in direct sunlight to dry. This adds extra bleaching and disinfecting power. These natural options effectively bleach and disinfect white towels, leaving them clean, bright, and fresh without the use of harsh chemicals.
i used clove oil on my face now my skin is burnt , dark black n its flaky now but still under burn skin new tiny bumps are forming again n again. i dont know how to stop these coming
I would try to be gentler with your skin. So just clean your face with gentle cleanser, and apply squalene oil. When your skin starts to heal up, then you can spray water and up cider vinegar. But the most important thing is that you watch the video and it will explain about what you need to eat. Because you need to take care of your gut by eating proper foods and taking probiotics.
Do you have Glycation? Because at 26 years old, I don’t think you do. But if you want to prevent, he really have to be very careful what you eat. Please review the full tutorial.
I went to what is basically considered a small private Ivy league in cosmetology college, they had one other campus in France that is a member of the European Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. They covered everything from business to hygiene to machines and equipment to techniques to product chemistry to business, sales, marketing, advertising and budgeting. etc., when I say they covered it all, they covered it! Of course, it took longer to graduate with more classes and longer hours and was much more expensive than other schools. They did not accept any kind of financial aid and their reasoning for this was simple. People tend to appreciate and respect what they work to pay for. When it came to the machines used in skincare, the instructors said we are our own best advertisement (having great skin yourself is a selling point) and our own best client (meaning we are quick to tell ourselves what we do and do not like). During our training we were encouraged to use these machines on ourselves to get familiar with them, then we were encouraged to form groups and use the machines on each other, always under supervision and instruction and critique from the instructors and each other. By the time we graduated we were not intimidated by any of the machines and most of us went on to establish our own spas and skincare clinics. Two individuals in my graduating class became authors. Many also went to work for Dermatology and plastic surgery practices. A few also went on to higher learning in the skincare field. To anyone going into skincare, never stop learning! The skincare field is the epitome of the saying _"The more things change, the more they stay the same."_ Skincare is not a boring professional field by any means. There is always something new and interesting to learn. After a short while, you'll be able to discern a trending fad from sound skincare science in a New York Minute! I have been in this field for 20 years and I never knew a day of boredom in my skincare studio! Some of these machines have been around for over a century, yet few people know about them. When I first opened my skincare studio, I was surprised that clients who had been familiar with professional skincare facials for years had no idea these machines existed. Once they experienced the difference these machines offer in skincare services, they will never go back to having skincare treatments without them. Take advantage of these technologies and provide the excellent services your clients deserve and take your career to that next level. Invest in professional grade/quality machines and they will be your new best friend! A mechanic is only as good as his tools permit him to be, an artist is only as genius as his tools permit him to be so invest in yourself and be the best skincare professional you can be! Last but definitely not least! You will have a great rewarding feeling of accomplishment every day when you see the improvements in your client's skin as they return for follow-up appointments! I wish everyone MUCH success!
Hello!Thank you very much for this video! It was very helpful for me. I have the same machine and I was wondering at what level is it good to work on the face from 1 to 5? And I see something worrying for me.After the first procedure(30 min) the marionette wrinkles are more visible. Can you tell me please how is possible? Thank you!
If you follow the procedures, you should not see adverse reactions. But I would also add facial muscle exercising. I do have several videos on the subject.
