Hi Maria, I love that you did a full face routine. I'm going to try it. I'm already consistent with face exercises and massage. I do a skincare that suits my skin type. All natural. I usually do face yoga every night! How often can I do this routine? It does take a long time to see results but I will persevere and hopefully will reap the benefits. Thanks so much! Wonderful! I would advise you to do this routine every second night. The actual exercise routine starts at the 10 minute mark. Take a picture when you start and then take one every couple of weeks. I also encourage liquid collagen intake. Let me know if you have any questions.
@@AglaiaEstheticsTraining I will take a photo when I start and every 2 weeks as you advise. I have before and after photos but don't see much change from the routines I've been doing. Abit discouraging! However, I am going to start your routine. Should I stop doing the other routines and just do yours or is it ok to continue doing them. I'm unable to take collagen due to health issues. I tried collagen years ago and it did nothing. Thanks so much for your reply and for your very helpful and informative videos!

Should I continue the do the exercises even if my face muscles are a little sore from the last workout or should I rest until they’re no longer sore? I love your videos by the way! 😊 I’m so grateful for them! ❤😊
I just noticed a mild soreness around my mouth area the day after the exercises. It was after the very first time I did the exercises. The soreness was gone the following day. So I was thinking I will just do it every other day. 😊
@@cherandall7706 or try not to be too aggressive with your exercises. Also take liquid collagen. Let me know your improvements, take a picture every 2-3 weeks to see changes. Let me know if you have any questions.
I have a great one you would love. A therapist and instructor as well CE provider. A routine with electrical stimulation that gives maximum results as well as helps in many TMJ cases. Gives amazing cosmetic results though not the main intention.
