@calvin-bottoms I would like to rip off the opening images as close as possible. Myself as James Garner. See if I can get my dad to be rockford's dad, of course. Nothing that would put you in an embarrassing light. Now myself? That's another story.
Thank you so much! Since I made this video, I have started playing with a Heart tribute band, so I actually get to play this live now, which is always a blast. Thanks for watching! journeyheartmusic.com/
This made my day. Now l can go out and face the world, dodge some creditors, get rejected by a pretty girl, get rousted by a couple bent noses in a parking lot, and have someone waiting for me in the dark when l get home!
Why didn’t you do the drums too? You know, my poodles audin a lot too-they're actually pretty obnoxious about it. There's some real thumpin' going on with the bass and the drum both doing percussion. Love this video. "Whooo! We is all burnin' up in here fellow babies 🥵🥵🥵🥵!!!! But you can tell me where it hurts 'cause I got the healing prescription from one of the best music videos there is by a guy who doesn't care about one-upmanship."
Love it. Hell, I thought it was Joe Walsh on the guitar. I think my brother told me that when we were kids. You have very faithful recreations of the originals. Must be very time-consuming. Chips theme coming soon?
Great work. I do a ton of one man tv/movie covers on my channel too. I’ve gotten some interesting opportunities from them, more than my original music lol. Anyhow, subbed
I somehow got it in my head that this was a Thomas Dolby contribution as producer on the DD record (which turns out to just be something I made up or misheard).
Interesting!…I’ve never heard this theme tune but know of the show. As a Brit I grew up with the British model of this show called Steptoe and Son, which was the inspiration for Sanford and Son. The themes couldn’t be as different! The Steptoe theme is called Old Ned….worth a listen to appreciate how different it is. I’ve just watched your Rockford files vid and that was magnificent. Although I’ve not heard this before it is a great catchy tune and I’ve enjoyed it and so I’ve just subscribed. Keep it up mate, fantastic work.
