Hey, Raul, what's good? I just wanna thank you for sharing your knowledge and some parts of your work. You got this ease and postiviness, it can put anyone in a good mood. Do you have a patreon? I'd def subscribe, could watch an entire class! Stay well and much peace and light to you.
Hey what's up! Late reply. Thank You 🙏 for the good words. Means a lot 🍻 I do have a patreon but I don't add much other frequently. Maybe in the future. Most of what I do is on YT. YHWH 🙏 bless
@sdopeisses thanks for that compliment of a question 🙏these sounds where sampled in my SP-404 MKII and processed through it and my MPC. I've filtered, EQ'd, layered and used a variety of the vinyl simulators in the sp and MPC.
@@LiftedNoise crazy. I had already looked into what a SmplTrek was because I thought it made such crisp punchy drums. as far as I remember, I had already bought all your Drunk kits. i might look again, but I think it was like that. i know the sounds already had punch there. But I had the feeling that you added even more punch with the SmplTrek.
@particular_noise i don't usually make use of MIDI tracks. I don't even use them on my MPC. If I have any external gear I just sample the audio. Glad to hear it's very capable though! 🍻
@particular_noise that's what's up! I wasn't sold at first when it was released but I was also trying to exercise restraint and discipline. I usually buy very impulsively.
Maybe I just hate to admit my GAS habits now. I'm keeping this though cause Sonicware is a company I really mess with. They are good folks with dope products.
@Reggi_Sample thanks for looking for me 🙏 I haven't been as active just in general but hanging on. Lost a little motivation for videos/streams but eventually be back. Workin on some stuff still behind the scenes. 🍻
Ay bro do u recommend an interface for standalone? I only use the mpc one no computer. Been getting somewhat decent at it and want to beef up the sound
@@LiftedNoise I’m just making beats on the MPC One. No vocals or instruments. Only sampling off my phone. I’ve just seen vids of mpc content creators with interfaces I was just curious if it did anything to audio quality.
@Brezizmo it definitely could, but you'll have to probably spend a good amount of money and time researching what would be best. If you are just starting out, I probably wouldn't be as concerned with that as much as technique. The sound of the MPC is transparent and clean. Whatever you put in, you'll get out. Are you looking at any specific interfaces?
@@LiftedNoise I was looking at SSL 2+. I think I might just need new monitors honestly lol🔊 . Currently using Yamaha HS3. 3.5 inch monitors. Appreciate the feedback too bro
@@LiftedNoiseYou know what? I was thinking about the "Project Defaults," not "New Project Dialog" in the "Project Load/Save" folder. That might be a new feature, indeed. I'm not near my MPC to verify, though. Good sh!+ either way 👍
I used to have mine set to recent but it was also split with demos and factory templates that i never used. You would have to scroll over to the right to see more than a few projects so this is nice. The full sceeen may or may not have been added in mpc 2 i just never checked. 🍻 thanks for the comment much love ✌️@musicfan2135
@@LiftedNoise I just checked. I was wrong, and you were right. It's a new feature, indeed. My apologies 👍 On 2.15, there's not even a "New Project Dialog" within the "Project Load/Save" folder. It's located in the "Projects Defaults" folder, which only has 3 options (i.e. Off, Demo, or Demo/Template/Recent) to choose from.
How to do this in mpc beats? Super frustrating not knowing the terminology to even ask the right question. This video is the closest I have gotten. Thanks
@Mike-yn8fx I'm really not exactly sure but I would start by changing your track type to a keygroup track. You may be able to just drag a file onto the pads in the software or try loading a file from the browser. I don't ever use the software, so that's about all the help I can be.
Really, really appreciate this video, brother. Such a useful and comprehensive overview of what this incredible too can offer. You articulated it in a real way, and got me super hyped on what this thing can do! Mahalo, brother! God is good!
@sockeye definitely it's a real solid piece man. I think most people would even prefer the sequencing over the 404 mk2. I wish this had the pad layout like the 404 or MPC if it did I'd probably use it more than anything because the workflow is super quick 👌
@@LiftedNoise I’m js bro lol 😂 got damn there is a moment of mental stimulation for some. But when I’m just tryna cook up I GOTTA GET TO IT LOL but that 500 you got fire 🔥
@envisagefilmshouston no feel it for sure. Mpc live is definitely the goto but the 500 is just a nostalgia thing for me. I'm not really messing with it. Got it tucked away.
