Just a grown man caring WAY too much about the outcome of battles between digital rabbits and cats on the internet! If you enjoy perfectly average Pokemon content as well as wildly inappropriate tangents, you're in the right place!
@@sheepinatorz5311 I lost a lot of coin flips. When tied, it's random. But streaks happen. I'll take the trade off my Moonblasts hitting on way more than 10% for a few lost CMPs
But how? His opponents exca wasn't best buddied... or at least I couldn't see the ribbon in the video. They are both 3667 alf with the ribbon and opponent without. My maxxed BB exca is 3691 when he's my buddy. Mines 15-14-14
@@sheepinatorz5311 well if its a tie on attack the next tie breaker should be hp and defense not a coin flip where a 100% florgess loses CMP 2 times in a row to a non 100%. I’ll just add it to the list of reasons this game sucks/makes no sense
Now? We broke the first major GBL exploit in this channel in February of 2020 😅 GBL is probably at its least cheater-filled at this point in it's 4 year life span.
Considering the title, you should have used an all female team ;) Like idk, Salazzle, Tsareena, aaaand I guess a fem Vigoroth, because it’s a monkey, and you know what they like to throw 🤣🤣🤮🤮
Personal I have had some pretty good games with poliwrath, tropius, and toxapex even if they run an electronic or grass I either get off an icy wind or soft lose since tropius with air slash is pretty good.
Depending on when you use your charge moves, opposing Pokemon may get to use additional fast move. So, for example of I use my charge move on the same turn you use your fast move, you'll get that entire move during the charge move sequence. It becomes very important when facing things with moves like Incinetate to avoid giving them an entire move (and the damage/energy that comes with it) just because you mistimed your move.
That first game felt the same as you getting the raw potato and your worst enemy getting the boiled potato from the cashier as a personal gift to choose a husband
It's played, about the same level of broken since day 1. It's had better and worse versions, but at this point, I feel like it just is what it is... have to embrace it or go mad.
Yeah, in the moment I think my brain failed me. Chat always gets on my case about the fact the moves are now identical except for energy and I can't get it through my thick skull hahaha.
I would say it's because they are killing this game. I used to play every set every day. Since the biome update I've found it hard to even play a couple sets. Losing 6 to 7 fast moves a game makes it pretty tough to have fun when you lose to stuttering and lag
Love the videos, any chance we could get an IV spread for the current team in the overlay? Would nice to know as someone trying to dip their toes into ultra league and stuff :)
Generally, the reason we don't put IVs on screen is everything is recorded live and changing the overlay every time I switch a Pokemon on the stream is impractical. I'd also argue that it's, largely, irrelevant. My IVs are, typically average to bad. In this team, for example, the Ferg is 6/15/14, the Typhlosion is 5/13/15 and the Venusaur is 13/13/15. Nothing to write home about and largely irrelevant for the battles. My general perspective on IVs is that folks spend WAY too much time worrying about them and I don't really want to feed into that further.
@@Alfindeol honestly that's a really helpful reply, so many people get hung up on IVs and stuff that I find myself getting bumbed if I don't get a good one. I caught a shiny swampert in the wild today that was 5/11/11 and I'm just now getting my ultra league team to be somewhat useable and this would be a really good fit. It sounds like I can happily use that swampert now, thanks man I've been enjoying all the content lately!
@kammerer396 absolutely! In fact, you'll be able to play the mirror knowing that most of the time, you'll win charge move ties since you have more attack than most of the more "optimal" Swamperts out there.
Opponent threw Hydro Cannon into the Feraligatr mirror.... then threw another Hydro Cannon into Venusaur, which didn't get shielded.... then threw Crunch at the Venusaur which got the last shield AND the defense debuff.... then threw another Hydro Cannon after shields were down?? I'm so confused
Just got ya say, sometimes the game DCs without my permission. Restart and I’ve lost the game. But that sometimes happens to me too and “we take those!”
New bug. I just used a fast move charge TM, and the game gave back the same move i was trying to remove. Trying to remove Zen Headbutt. Game gave Zen Headbutt back three times in a row
