Skid Row is right next to the Food distribution hub that sends food throughout the United States plenty of Rats to feed here and plenty of trash for them to pick thru. Skid Row is a neighborhood in Downtown Los Angeles. The area is officially known as Central City East. Skid Row contains one of the largest stable populations (about **9,200-15,000**) of homeless people in the United States ¹²³. The term "skid row" or "skid road," referring to an area of a city where people live who are "on the skids," derives from a logging term.
One of the problems is, you are RENTING, evictions should not count against people. Things happen in life. They keep raising the rent, giving people no choice. It's not a fair playing field to rent.
They need trash cans that can’t be overturned maybe those giant ones that have a small hole on top. Our mayor doesn’t have knowledge or skills to run a clean city.

California has wiped out some of the most abundant food runs and life-giving lands and replaced them with concrete jungles full of drug-induced commas. What were once beautiful palm tree crested street corners are now cesspool literally laden with feces and the distinct smell of urine. The smell of body odor from the unbathed is enough to knock you off your feet.
Yet we send billions to other countries for (democracy). Fuck that noise, I know we have plain out bums that don’t do shit with their life but still we should help our own before anyone else!
Listen, I'm on the east coast and it's not near that bad all over the country. There's only two states and really just a few spots in those two states that are the worst in the united states. Unfortunately they have a huge population because people flocked there to become Stars. Those same people have lost their will to live and have been destroyed by the place that they thought they could find a new life. States like California have Walled off most of their natural River so that they can sell the water to the farmers. They they keep electing the same officials that will not actually serve the people. Think about this, one of their politicians has made more on trading stocks than any other person in our government. She's been in power for over 30 years and this is her district. She's one of the richest politicians and this is her district, what does that tell you. This part of the United States unfortunately is very corrupt bet the rest of the country is very beautiful. Unfortunately most people don't realize that our country is the size of three or four countries. America is huge and the United States is not very small itself. In fact, for me to get to about Central United States from Florida where I'm at it's 1900 me. It's over 4,000 miles for me to get to California.
Force them into housing/shelters and those that refuse can build their tents n cardboard shacks OUTSIDE city limits, period. Dope fiends and drunks won’t go in shelter bc they won’t conform to the rules there.

The ideas Ive been writing, can and should be handled by concerned citizens, church members, military, etc. Every state has hundreds of acres of federal property doing absolutely 💯 nothing. Sitting there unused.🤷🪖💀 Start with that. Move these poor folks from the sidewalks into supervised locations, away from storefronts. Solar powered. 😊 The businesses will return after this mess is cleared away permanently. The revenue will pick up. Tax money will be available again. First step, get large parcels of land allocated for this project. America is HUGE. NO MORE DELAYS PLEASE. Absolutely 💯 no more illegal immigration allowed. America has a duty to respond to the needs of her legit citizens first and foremost.. Priority.
This idea is very able to be realized. A couple hundred acres of land, a couple hundred campers, solar powered, fresh water tanks, and some simple furnishings. ... Completely do- able . Please 🙏 continue to take all the practical ideas into immediate consideration. Stop sending American money overseas IMMEDIATELY. CONCENTRATE ON AMERICAN CITIZENS!!!! FINALLY!!!!
It would be great to see a few tables set up, handing out a gallon of clean water, a bar of soap, a trial.size deodorant, a small tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush, a clean towel, .... Set up some privacy curtains for folks to get cleaned up before eating a healthy meal. Yall please 🙏 continue to help those too impaired to help themselves ok. Thank you for your time and help with this enormous project for the disadvantaged population.. Es una vergüenza que estén hasi en este país por que aquí ayuda mucho el gobierno a esta gente nomas que prefieren gastar el dinero en drogas que pagar una renta con lo que les da el gobierno deberían de unise un grupo y pagar su renta, pero no todo lo usa para la droga yo viene a este país hace como cuarenta y dos años y todos esos edificios eran de puras fábricas de costura y compañías de pescado y donde vendían de todo era un lugar bonito para pasear con la familia, pero ahora da miedo ir ahí con tanta gente loca y drogdicta que, gracias a dios que yo me mude a otra ciudad de aquí de California porque vivir en todo los ángeles es como vivir el infierno en la tierra, ahí en los ángeles es el lugar más lleno de jongles que barbaridad como se pierde la gente por la drogas 😮
