Hi there! Magic freeze spray works as a mould release and getting confections out of silicone moulds, but what it's most commonly used for is adhering chocolate pieces together.
Hi there! Your psi level is determined on what your product is looking like. We recommend for airbrushing with colored cocoa butter to use a compressor with at least 60 psi

@@janmchaney7912 There's not a one size fits all for color ratios. Its dependent on how pigmented your want your color. RULE OF THUMB: always add color in slowly to build up to your desired pigment.
Hello, just received my starter kit cocoa butter colors..smaller bottles..do I still do 10 seconds? I noticed in your video here, your bottle was sealed..none of mine are..is this a concern? And last question..does this need to be re-tempered or just warmed up to temperature on side of bottle?
Hi Jan! Thanks for reaching out to us! With the lid off you can melt down your color in 10 second increments until it reaches the temperature on the side of the bottle. As long as your color hasn't broken temper you wont have to re-temper you color. As for sealants, go ahead and double check the inside of the lid to see if the sealants didn't get pushed up there😊
Hi Chef. Thank you for the video. I am interested in the use of the warming pad at 3:10. Would you have that set to about 30deg? Can you advise where these can be purchased? The only ones I am seeing are a 'Fleece', for personal and pet use. Many thanks.
Hi there! thank you for reaching out to us. It's essentially the same heating pad as the ones for personal use, you'll just need to find one that allows you to set the exact temperature, rather than a low, medium, high setting.
Hi there! Thank you for your question! For product specifics like this, please email qa@chefrubber.com to be connected with one of our product specialists
Hi, I used cocoabutter and comes great, but I have an issue which is the color streak to my fingers after every time I eat them, is it because all the cocoabutter are laving the same issue? Thank you.
I notice that you are keeping your small ceramic dishes on a special warming plate that looks rather large. What is being used? I am very interested in using the coco butter to paint not to airbrush with. I think a pancake skillet would make the coco butter get too hot. Thank you!
Chef Charity is using a table top warmer, you can also use candle warmers that virtually work the same. You need a warming tray that's temperature ranges from 80-90 degrees F. 😊
