Heads up on the blue table: it’s going to tug the bottom film roll tab that you just stuck to the top heat shoe. It can be a booger to set the table just right, so I’ll try to describe how it should sit. The table sits parallel to the floor, with the distal edge resting on top of the protruding catches on each side, level with the locking slots on the machine. The curved arm rests inside of the pinnacle and does not slot into anything. It should settle into place smoothly and without force. If it helps, take a picture before taking the table out so you can double check that you placed it back correctly. It should also be level with the gap between the heat shoes. Good luck laminating! 🎉
We also just purchased this machine. When the film ran out that came with the machine, it started to go in reverse and the items that were laminated were rolled in backwards and we cannot figure out how to get them out. The new film also wont go forward
I hope you all figured it out, but for anyone else: Use the reverse button. The reverse button is the Slow button with the arrow pointing toward you. I also find it helps to hold the film that is coming back toward you and pull very gently to help it come through.
We purchased this machine for our school and just finished the small sample size of film it came with. I am hoping I can successfully change out film by watching this video. The manual illustrations were not clear.
