Age is just a number. So many people quit or don’t even try at all when they turn 30. I know a lot of guys 18-22 who think they have to be successful by 30 and when they don’t reach success by then they quit. After working in a country club I learned a lot about the millionaires and multi millionaires who are members there. Most of them become millionaires after the age of 35 or older. 18-30 was just the growth stage regardless on how much farther each is on their journey. I knew one guy who didn’t go to law school until 40. Another didn’t finish high school until 30 and college when he was 40. Now they’re retired living a life most people won’t even have access to. You’re not late, you’re not early.

Kris could put a before photo with the same face expression to actually "prove" his claims, but nah. The thumbnail is like those "body transformations" photos that are just 5 min apart. In any case, he for sure has changed for the better aesthetically. The old videos are proof of that.
The amount you've accelerated my maturity as someone approaching 20 is priceless. I rarely recognise myself as the average 19 year old now. I genuinely think clubbing and drinking is futile and I don't seem to find joy in the so called 'fun' events anymore. I prefer meaningful connection in my relationships especially the one with myself
Kris you are in your 30s with time naturally people lose face fat and their cheeks become hollow. This is true with women aswell. Your body losses collagen it’s just science, your bro science theory is wrong in this case. This is the reason why lot of Hollywood male actors look better in 30s than 20s.
Your face certainly has changed in the last few years. You have better beard groomimg, jawline, and an overall less puffy look. Its incredible how much inflammation and bodyfat affects the face
No offense this is half cope. If you have the right bones/shape your jaw is popping at 12-14% . if you have a narrow jaw / getting lean wont do much for you even doing the exercises.. if you do have the right faceshape etc .then these tips gonna make you look fantastic.
