Absolutely. I have been waking up consistently every day at 5.30 am for around 2 weeks, quickly making my bed, drinking some water, going for a quick 3 minute walk outside, feeling the peaceful silence and getting the blood flowing, then back in and start working for the next 90 minutes, no distractions, phone on airplane mode. Then I grab breakfast and start the day, and I can use my phone and turn airplane mode off. This little routine is such a massive boost to my mental health, and all areas of life honestly. I have no intentions of stopping.

@@colbydegraw6691 All these others are things you can do later on when you’re out of school and have a better idea of your life trajectory; bulking and doing things to raise testosterone is what will help your body develop to it’s max potential in terms of height which is something that you CANNOT do later on in life.
WFH is a modern day luxury, no commuting in the dark, cold weather. No waste of time getting to and from your job. It makes your job go from a 7-7 (realistically, with all hours included) to a 9-3 (let’s be real, you can do all the work in less than 8hrs WFH) you don’t need to be motivated, simply disciplined brother.
