get the RT if you want to build your car. Get a SCAT if you dont want to build your car. The RT can be fast with a few bolt ons. But if you just want a fast car off the lot, get a scat or a hellcat if you got hellcat money.
I have the Z06 and prefer it over a ZL1 because it gets way more looks than a camaro. Even non car people double take at my car i have the ZR1 full body conversion on mine with the high wing. People think it's a supercar, which i guess it's pretty close lol a lot closer than a camaro. It's also just more of a true racecar because it sits lower and has no back seats
I wanted a zo6 but I wanted an automatic,there were a few manual ones, so I went with the zl1! 10 speed auto, not as exotic looking as the Vette, but it was like $10,000 cheaper, (2020 zl1 vs 2019 zo6) and I heard the 2019 zo6 had heating issues, so I think I won!!! Love my car !!👍👍👍
I drive mine with weather permitting it's been in winter hibernation since October 19th it's 18 degrees F this morning maybe I can wake it up from hibernation next weekend

I live in seattle as well and i was looking into buying one of these, how well does it hook on damp pavement? and would i die if i drove one in the pouring rain? lol
If your use to the torque it’s not bad. Grip in rain depends on tires also. I drove it in rain and never had a problem however I keeped it in wet mode instead of sport or race.
