Thank you! The chamber vac works really well and the bags are cheap! You’re just a little limited by the size of the chamber. They make a bigger one we might get for game meat.
I used a little too much bacon this time so I would suggest only two slices for 8 jars. I’ll bring it up on my review of the whole challenge next Wednesday.
If you didn't put that water out fresh, then it's just as hot as everything else, and, knowing how humid the state gets, that water ain't gonna help...
