Are the studs reusable after using this tool? Just did a turbo on a Kubota and the new one didn’t come with studs, had to jam nut it out. Took an extra hour.

@@ghumphrey85 No they are not reusable. Most turbos you buy new come with studs. If it doesn't you will need to do what you did. Or you could get new ones from the dealer.

@@anthonymontoya8039 If I remember it's P0018b. Those other codes are the computer sensing low or high fuel pressure. In the fuel rail. Could be the high side pressure sensor or a fuel pump.

I'VE HAD ONE OF THOSE FOR AT LEAST TWENTY YEARS. NOW YOU CAN FIND AT LEAST THREE OTHER, SUPERIOR TYPES OF STUD REMOVAL TOOLS THAT ARE MORE COST EFFECTIVE AND COMPACT.

This is a great video for anyone referencing on how to take out a transmission very informative and great details on what to do and how to... i like this video, plus having the right tools on hand too. again thanks for making a great video content on this minivan. i have 6T jack stands so i have the whole van sitting on them on the ground if i need to lift it higher i just jack it up bring both notches up one or two and set it down, plus having so many other parts and hardware on hand and changing them since i am in that area.

Yes. You can take it off and put it back on with no alignment needed.

@@mechanicgray brother since ure so helpful and respond quick, can u gimme a tip where the vent hose end goes the one that goes up into the engine? Im installing mine rn, one hose onto tranny tube, second end just hanging off the transfer case, but where does the 3rd end go? Turned all internet upside down cant find answer.

@@jamesethan3749 One hose from the transfer case to the bracket on the top bell housing bolt. Second hose goes from Trans vent to a plastic tee. Then one end goes up to said bracket the other end usually goes the a clip on the crossmember.

No programing but you do need to reset the adapts with a scan tool.

I've been using antiseize for years...the grey version...and I put bizarre k on my engines. I use it sparingly...and Keep it away from the plug tip. Torque my plugs to 13 ft. Lbs. on average. Many of the 3sge and B20B motors surpass a million kms...so something is helping.

modern ignition systems require good connection to the head as they are running thousands of volts and modern plugs come with a sacrificial antiseize coating on them already

This motor has 290,000 miles and is still going strong. I blow the shavings out and the ones that are left go out the exhaust valve. They are aluminum so they don't hurt anything.

How to kill yourself and others at work! If you need to readjust a lifting point on the vehicle then lower it back down to the ground and readjust from there where it’s safe. Don’t ever move the lifting arm with it raised in the air!
