@@danwein yeah, for me the goal is commercial and get out of my sales job. Need to move on to bigger things. I’ll keep an eye out for when you are working on instrument. If I have my ticket by then, maybe I can swing down and be a safety pilot for you some day… save us both some money to log some hours and enjoy some flight time with other Wisconsinites not from our home fields.
@@SideslipT gotcha.. yeah I'm not going all the way commercial, but would love to be able to fly for work and will need an instrument rating. Keep an eye out though, we'll make something happen.

Dude, super exciting! You'll know pretty quickly if this is for you or not. I watched a lot of RU-vid videos and making these recordings helped me learn a lot faster. You'll fail a lot and it's always overwhelming but it's all a part of the fun of learning.. it'll seem like too much but it all becomes easy with reps. Commit to the process and enjoy :)
First solo is banana’s. Once you’re up in the air it’s like ohhhhhh fuck I gotta get this thing down now 🤣🤣 idk if I’ve ever had so much fun while also being the most stressed I’ve ever been at the same time
