@@ycats0710 Get some cash flow going. Build about 6 months to 1 year of cash that can sustain your lifestyle if something bad happens and you can't earn anymore. Once you have a rainy day fund start putting everything above your expenses into the s&p 500 Index fund and do this for about 15 years straight.
This really should get more views. I mean that is pretty much the correct answer. What sucks is when you wasted so much time being friends with the wrong person in hope, because you think you really love that person, and you really thought they felt the same way, but it was all fake. It was all just an act until they found someone "better." Had I just applied this concept from the beginning, could've saved myself a lot of heartache.
Your advise would have been accurate if you would have said to do all these things after introspection. But where is the introspection here? Isn't a person supposed to first look at what actually happened and then take the decision? If your advise is to inflate our own egos and not look at what we may have done to escalate the situation then it's just pandering to us. Not worthy advise to listen to. I have never had the need to listen from someone else when I need to break a relationship. I know simply by the way I treated him and how I got treated. If I too am not taking the initiative to talk to him, then I too am to blame, not just him. The women here listening are listening because they know they too have not fully put in the effort, they too were not genuine. Else YOU WOULD NOT NEED TO LISTEN, YOU WOULD BREAK IT UP WITH HIM DIRECTLY.
I had no idea what you were going to say here. Have to admit I smiled (huge) all the way through. How about if I walk through town wearing a T-shirt with a cougar on it? My young male neighbor told me I could easily date again. My answer - My chances are slim to none of finding a man like my former (deceased) boyfriend who went through his kitchen, read every label and threw out everything I was allergic to! I would have no problem asking a man out, I just wouldn't be able to go out with him. Figure that one out! I truly hope women listen to your stellar advice. Be brave, take a chance, at least have some fun shocking men with your audacity.

there's only 1 issue with me doing this, that is if I were to ask someone whose picture I find attractive, turns me down, I would be crushed and would take it personally.
So decide to not take it personally. They may never seen your message. They be dating someone. There are a million reasons that are insulted. Choose one of them and also send soooo many messages that you can't even remember who did or did not respond.
A cook , caretaker. Housekeeper and someone to help them. No sharing equality not that age. Younger yes. 70 s never. Senior women are healthier., single men need. My experience is . I love being single . I take care of my self. Don't want to babysit.
married 30 years and now going through divorce sadly. You say he wants me happy (happy wife, happy life)? what a joke - I've communicated my needs, etc and he just couldn't. For example, I leave for work at 7:00 a.m. and in the winter I asked if he could clear space in the garage so I don't have to scrape ice/snow off my car - you know what he did, he cleared the garage and parked HIS car in the garage - so yeah, Im outside at 7:00am scraping snow and Ice in business work clothes as he is inside the house petting the cat drinking coffee.
I just find it very interesting reading these comments. Both men and women have such negative attitudes, one wonders why they're even on this channel. If you're so disgusted or disillusioned by the opposite sex, move on. At 68, I'm happy with where I am. If I meet a man that fits like a glove, great! If not, great! All I'm looking for is a peaceful relationship. I'm not into screaming matches.
Wtf man, thats a receipt for being a spineless nice guy that says yes to whatever the woman says. The examples you used: Fetch me some water (needed), good boy (appreciated) and dont leave the toilet seat up (boundaries). I know the last one was made up but my point is that if you want to promote feminism in your channel you should do it for its own merit and not by trashing the masculinity.
I’m very lucky… my housing is 12% of my monthly earrings. I do my best to live below my means so can invest. I would love to have a nicer place but don’t want to be house poor.
I’m widowed, spent the last several years taking care of my obese, alcoholic husband. Now I’m free! I’ve got money to travel, and I’m having so much fun with my adult kids! I have my dogs and parrots for companions. What I don’t want is an overly dependent ‘friend’. I’m very leery of anyone contacting me because I’m very attractive and I think it gives the wrong impression sometimes. I just have strong fears that certain guys would attempt to control or use me

I've been with the father of my daughter for about 18 years. He expects me to hold the door open for him. He will ask me to go out to eat, get upset if I say no, and then always makes me pay. He completely stopped buying me birthday, mother's day, or Christmas gifts about 2 years ago. I always get him very thoughtful gifts and he usually makes me feel like crap about it. Oh, he makes about 5X as much money as I do, and constantly brags about having plenty of money. I barely ever ask for anything, but I have a really really bad back and occasionally will have to ask for help with something. He often refuses and tells me to figure it out. The worst part is that I never nag. He goes out with friends all the time and I love that for him. I always help him anytime he asks. I am a really mellow, laid back person. I am nice. I enjoy being nice and being thoughtful. He often goes out to pick up food but only gets something for himself and our daughter. They sit there and eat dinner in front of me. It really hurts my feelings. Deeply. Whenever I get food, I always ask him if he would like something. I won't stoop to his level because it's not who I am and because I want to set a good example for our daughter of how to treat people. I also don't like playing games or being passive agressive. I dream of one day having him wake up and appreciate me and accept me for my imperfect self. My bad back keeps me from being able to do a lot. I am in constant pain, but I manage to work full time to support myself and pay for almost everyhing for our daughter. I also supported my son 100% on my own until he went to grad school and was able to support himself. I just want to be loved and appreciated for being a good person and for trying. I want to be a team and set a good example for our daughter. It just breaks my heart.😢
Guys that goes sexual is just no. I will not reply him. Nor will i reply guys thar only contact me at nights or when his bored. Nor is men asking for pics of my interest! It is tacky! I will stop talking to him. His not an high quality man. End of!

But if a man is not a priority for a girl? I want to spend more time with her, we were spending every weekend together, but she always study and can't give me more time. We planned to go abroad after her studies and before granduation, she said she will study 2 more years for higher degree. I want to end up this relationship, we discussed a lot, ended up by saying that we will try again and now after 2 more weeks I don't like her choice which was made(studies) and time, which is very limited for us to meet. Is it worthy to try another time? To wait again 2 years?
@@EZDatingCoach Yes, it would be better I guess. I meet up with friends and they can't find a "good" girl, which would like to have a serious relationship(already long time). I thought if I will not find a person, who is right for me, what's then. At least I'll try to find the right person for me.
If your house is paid off. Then you can buy a car and still pay cash. So you have no debt. But this is something you have to plan for over many years. You have to set yourself up for the future no one is going to do it for you. People that live in credit card debt drive me crazy with the high interest rates. What type of car do you drive?
@@EZDatingCoach thanks for answering. Nothing beats the cars from 70’s, 80’s, up to somewhere in the 2000’s. A 1983 Buck Lesbre 2 door, half vinyl roof, white on the outside and plush blue on the inside was one of my cars. I only buy 2 dr cars. But the ride you got in the older cars you will never have today. Unless maybe if you get a Bentley etc.
