My goal is to document everything so that I can look back at the journey of everything I have going on in my life, take you guys along with me, and inspire. Subscribe and join the squad! :)
yesss!! it’s so easy to believe certain things because of people’s delivery or because of their credentials, authority, or following. but some stuff you just gotta analyze and try for yourself and once you take the time to really learn YOUR body, you’ll really realize a lot! thank you for watching 😊😊
@@ImaniSamone_ you had me at first but then you put pushups ON TOP of everything else and then pullups ON TOP OF THOSE and i'm sorry my body in its current state would log out
I just twisted my hair that shine and jam so this video is right on time cuz I’m growing out a related so this looks like it might be just what I need!
right?! 🤣🤣🤣 when i started filming myself i realized just how many lil nuances happen to me that end up perfect for content 💀 but yes sir more of this to comeeee! 🤪
lol so i don’t specifically target my quads often because i’m VERY quad dominant. trust if you were to see my quads when i’m wearing shorts in the gym, you would realize why i don’t put emphasis on them with my training. but also the hyper extensions are glutes and hamstrings. and like i said since i’m quad dominant i don’t have to specifically target them because i still hit them in my compound movements like with my hip thrusts. seriously, you should see my quad pump after them 😮💨. so yeah with that said my leg days are mostly glute-focused but like i said, i’ll still end up with a quad and hamstring pump for sure. depending on your body you have to adjust your training to your goals so i work around what i’m already genetically blessed with. but on the other hand i do sometimes throw in a sumo squat here and there and i’ve consistently thrown RDLs back into to my split as well so there is that too.
@@ImaniSamone_ So here's the point of view of a dude who likes to workout and consum working out videos : got your video recommended. ur channel seams to me more for hair and beauty routines. You have to chose one or the other. if you wanna get to the workout side of yt. This one was better than the other leg day video. Don't add voice overs, be more like here and add your thoughts in the moment. Id Suggest people like Sam Sulek, Ryan Humiston or even LeanBeefPatty... theres many good exercice/workout lifestyle channels out there but what makes it is consistency. Be informative for your followers that might be starting out, but also make it fun while adding a twist (the car segment in the beginning was good, add to it, maybe talk about the workout plan or something). I'd personnally watch you do a 100 day challenge or something like that to see a progression and vlogging it might even help other poeple do the same with their goals. You're already doing better than 99% of people, keep it up! 💪
@Siphr1 so yes while hair/beauty content is where I started, I don’t believe I need to choose just one bc most of us are multi-faceted and tbh when I came back to posting I really wanted do a major shift to the fitness content but I have to keep in mind that 99% of my audience (at this time of comment ofc) subscribed for hair so I don’t wanna neglect them, you know? but yes speaking of my last leg day video, i realized what things I could change with that and that’s why i kind of switched it up and took out the voiceover and popped in here and there. felt like it’d be way more engaging that way as it’s in the moment, etc. so you’re basically saying what i had in mind when filming this lol! but yeah as i get deeper i would eventually add more informative things here and there but also thought it be good to not go in too much depth with this video as it was more vlog style and also just to leave room for some questions that I could engage with people and answer. but yeah man thanks for saying that and thanks for watching! you’re going to be seeing more of me for sure! 😊
Hey guys! So as I was editing this (as I mentioned in the video, this isn't super recent), I remembered that this was actually me trying out a foam wash n go first the first time and I LOVED it. I've done several other foam wash n go's since then and 9 times outta 10 I love the results! Make sure to watch the whole video as I give y'all reasons why foam wash n go's are the best!! :)
This was an epic! Had me rolling when you were in the subway trying not to sound scared about those rats 😂 also your Spanish is clean!! your friends all look super cool and it was dope to see you just randomly link with people and make a lil group - excited for part 2!
listennnn i was prepared to lose my mind!! 🤣🤣 but thank you thank you!! and my spanish is a lil smooth huh 😏😂 but yeah the impromptu linking with the models we met at the show was def a time! i love how it ended up working out like that especially considering we almost weren’t gonna go to the show 🥲 but yesss honestly i can’t wait for part 2 either! guess i need to get to editing it 😏 thank you for the support man!! 🫶🏾😁😁
Hey guys! Welcome to PART 1 of my NYC/NYFW Vlog!!!1 I went through A LOT trying to get this video up like SERIOUSLY you can't even begin to imagine. It's a long one so grab ya snacks and enjoy the vlog! p.s. as I mentioned, this is only part 1. for this particular fashion week, I was in New York for 5 days, and this vlog literally only includes 2 days... that's just how much content I got! let me know how y'all feeling about this vlog and if you want that part 2 sooner rather than later! when it drops, I'll be sure to link it here and/or in the description box. also, if this gave y'all the vlog bug cause you just fell in love with my content after this, I am starting to incorporate vlogs on my channel now so here's a link to my vlog playlist! at the time of this comment, I have 2 other vlogs currently, so feel free to tap in! *vlog playlist* ru-vid.com/group/PLhySsu3Rm5e2acTTA7wY71JdMUzQzo-gi
ehhh I wouldn’t use rubber bands. for one you can risk them getting caught in the hair, but also it just would be a lot harder to use for stretching. the elasticity of hair ties/scrunchies are just more effective overall. I have some linked in the description box that you could get!
the good thing about braids is that it naturally gives more of a stretch than twists! but yes let me know how it turns out when you do this on your mini braids! 😊
You can, in fact I think it’s ideal for this style tbh. When I wanna stretch my twists I do them before bed then take them out before I leave home for the day
hi! yes, you definitely can! i honestly prefer it. in my opinion, it gives the optimal stretch because at that point your hair would have been banded for more than enough time! if you really didn’t want to/if it’s uncomfortable, ultimately the idea is that it dries completely bc that ensures that the hair would’ve had enough time to mold into that stretched state. so as long as you at least do that, you should be good!
honestly the same thing happens to me even when I stretch a wash n go sometimes. I think there’s been some times where it does and some times doesn’t do it but over time the waves may drop some. if i had to guess maybe slightly less water could help with that, and then just not tying the bands too tight and just using more throughout the length of your hair instead
i’m glad i could show you another alternative!! 😊😊 when i stretch my loose hair like in a wash n go i do use heat but i don’t think it will necessarily cause heat damage but it could dry out the hair if you’re not careful with technique and don’t have enough moisture in the hair.
awesome tutorial. im gonna try this method bc lord knows i dont wanna put heat on my hair to stretch it. i was initally going to stretch it first before installing, but i like this method more bc ill do my twists, maybe wear them shorter/shrunken for a bit and then stretch them for the linger look. very beautiful style. also we have the same name hehe :) #twinnemm lol
thank you so much!! and actually yes i’ve gotten that quite a bit!! i’ve gotten her and kelly rowland the most! i really don’t see either fr but it’s definitely a compliment lol!!
This is exactly what I did!!!! I plan on wearing my natural hair more often, so I put my hair in mini twists and plan on keeping them in for a month or two. Twists are the best for hair growth when it comes to my hair type (4c)! Great video 💕
it just depends but most of the time i actually tend to just wear it in that stretched state, whether it’s just pulling it all up in a bun or a ponytail. or i’d end up doing a flexi rod set
to be honest i don’t specifically remember how it felt that night but i’m pretty sure it wasn’t! when there’s such few flexi rods it most likely won’t be too much of an issue
ehhhh i wouldn’t recommend it because it wouldn’t be the easiest or safest thing when it comes to having to take them back out, and honestly i think it’d be a hassle putting them on the hair too
when this video was filmed, i had been growing out my hair for about 4 years after getting my hair big chopped to somewhere above shoulder length (straightened)
