It depends on what your typically walking on since a stiff shoe is far better on hard surfaces (i.e. concrete, floor boards, tarmac and etc) as they are able to absorb the impact better. This done by disturbing the force over the whole foot rather than on any individual joint. Flexible shoes have their place but aren't the best for every environment.
What is all that stuff on the right side? Im trying to figure it out especially as a obese woman trying to move away from the left side. I think i see strawberries, eggs with some weird spice on top, salmon and celery and rest im like wtf is that?
I literally dont understand how people think fast food is cheaper ☠️ feeding two adults at a mcdonalds is almost $30, they no longer have a dollar menu. When i buy groceries i spend $150 and it lasts like 2 whole weeks because we dont live close to a grocery store so i have to make it last. i dont buy a bunch of snacks, chips and sodas because they dont last long because they're designed to have you coming back for more due to it being designed to be addictive and unsatisfying. The key to cheap groceries is buying in season, and on sale. making a list and having a budget helps a ton as well, Dont go in and just toss stuff in the cart willy-nilly, thats how you end up with food waste anf impulse purchases, making a meal plan is good too, then you can prep things a day ahead of time to make it more convenient. My husband and I are literally on the poverty line, so you gotta make that dollar stretch and fast food and convenience meals won't do that for anyone.
exactly what i needed, as I'm wanting to try these all of a sudden for the delt gains but i don't think my mobility is all there yet. appreciate the tutorial, God bless
A lot of people don’t relize people that eat a lot of junk like my family did when u start eating better u save money if u getting right things where I’m at 3lb of chicken breast is 10 dollars, cans of tuna are 75 cents a can, and cans of salmon are 1.10 a can, eggs are about 5 bucks a dozen and at least where I am at a family bag of chips is about 7 bucks so the same as the bag of chicken almost just don’t buy the chips and u have enough for the bag of chicken
I don't understand. My kids and I have balancing contests and we can go for a very long time. What is this for specifically? Like more of a foot spread thing?
This will build your soleus muscle in your calf that is visible on the outside of your calves, its job is mainly for balance on one foot as it adds strength to the outside bones of your feet while the big toe bones then add the counter force from your smaller toe and foot bones, making the whole structure balanced.
I can’t believe people aren’t understanding this. The 1900 calorie McDonald’s meal is ONE meal and will leave you hungry because there are close to 0 nutrients. The food on the right will be more expensive because that’s nearly 2+ meals and nutrient dense.
This past week I decided to take charge of my family's diet and nutrition. Spent $500 in groceries, where most items would last us several weeks. We are projected to eat until our bellies are full with fully nutritious foods for the next three weeks. As a family of five, living in Tampa FL, thats about $33 per person/wk. That beats the $20 a single person will drop on one meal at a fast food restaurant.
Can you power clean over double bodyweight? Can you run a sub 10.2 100 meter? Can you deadlift 4 times bodyweight? Not world class then. Not trying to be a dick but world class is not acheivable with a few years of training.
I always get the ugliest, widest and most comfortable men's shoes I can find and I'm an old broad. Fashion be damned, I need to run and jump over tall buildings.
Can't wait to do my 5 foot exercises, 5 back exercises, 5 knee exercises, 2 hip mobility exercises, 2 rotator cuff stretches and 15 minutes on the treadmill before my next workout 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
