Great dedication man !! I'm mid 30s now and 've been doing ATG program for a year now, knees got really strong but wish I can progress faster without injuries... oh well but you gave me the motivation!! Watched like 10+ of your videos thank man!! Keep it Up!
Hey man really really enjoying this channel. Just curious as to what were some of the staples in your routine to getting your hamstring mobility? really working on mine
Been watching your content for a while and I’m curious - if someone wanted to equally balance upper and lower movements following the ATG protocol for lower, what would you consider the essential moves that should be included?
I ran cross country, played baseball, tae kwon do, etc and my legs are by far the strongest they've ever been at almost 30. My feet, toes, ankle, and hamstring were all so weak before I started atg zero. I'm still making insane gains, it's unreal. To be fair this is also the most mindful I've ever been about what's going on internally. But yea, my legs were already huge and I'm still gaining so much strength from simple bodyweight exercises. Unbelievable
@MovementGems I want to transition over to barefoot, but as a sneaker head I have a collection of kicks. Will I hinder the transition to barefoot & strengthening my feet by wearing sneakers on occasion. I was hoping I could reap the benefits of the transition & strengthening my feet while still being able to enjoy my sneaker collection.
I know this is a long shot - trying to get you to respond and whatnot - but I was curious.. what is your approach to dieting? Do you stick to the meat & veggies + fruit that a lot of ATG coaches seem to follow? Or do you just try to hit macros & cals while eating the foods you want? Or is there a diet model you prefer to stick to such as carnivore/paleo/IF? Curious to get your thoughts - love the content, bro! You're one of my main fitness motivations rn
Thank you! Truly means so much to me, really appreciate your kind words. I post a lot of my meals on instagram stories! I do have a similar approach to diet, and believe there is no one size fits all, and the best diet is the one you can sustain and enjoy for the rest of your life. I simply go for 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight a day, and fill the rest in with carbs/fats. 99% of my diet is all meats (beef, fish, chicken, lamb, etc), fruits, veggies, and dairy. I actively try to ingest as little processed foods and seed oils as possible and found I love this style of eating@
@@Movementgems thank you for taking time to answer! I actually just created an insta (I know - I'm old 😭😂) and you are one of the few people I follow, so I'll be sure to keep an eye out for those posts! Thank you once again 🫶🏻
Pay for it 1 month, trust me it’s worth it. Got injured in my achilles and everything the fysio made me do was basically the ATG Zero program but lighter. Currently combining my fysio’s exercises with the ATG Zero. Trust me when I say that this is too cheap for what you get.
It’s actually common, when some people fake a smile they think just show teeth and don’t activate the other muscles. It’s not a bad thing it actually makes them more genuine in my opinion lol
